The room was exceptionally clean and was very pleased also with the snack selection at the front desk. Location is excellent and staff was also very attentive and friendly. The bar downstairs is also a nice addition and they had a very diverse drink menu. The fitness center had dumbbells which was great ! The center was cleaned and well maintained as well. This hotel is a lot of value for the dollar and would strongly recommend it.

This hotel I outstanding. I love the customer service everyone was so kind. The gentleman that checked us in was some kind of wonderful... this now my hotel when I come in town to do my book signing.... thank you so much.

Hotel was very convenient to the CAE airport, apx 12 minutes away. The shuttle driver Stanley was very accommodating and friendly. Actually all staff we encountered, Jamal, Melvin, Doristine and the nice women who waited on us for breakfast , were very friendly and pleasant… certainly A++++ in customer service! Room was good and bath room was noisy. AC was noisy but kept the room cool.

Well I traveled there for a graduation our other family members received a complementary breakfast , but when I asked the desk clerk was really rude , and did not tell me more about the breakfast . I did like the place I just felt that the desk clerk could have been a little nicer .

Clean amenable property, staff was courteous and friendly. Only preference I would have is the water pressure in the room was slightly lower than I expected, otherwise I look forward to future stays.
