Friendly staff, convenient to transit and Reading Market
-
Hotel closed. Day before my stay. They didn’t contact me. Was left without a place to stay. Hotels.com was brutal. Could not book another place. Over an hour on phone with them. Worst experience ever

The friendliest as most helpful check-in staff I've encountered in a while

I like the rooms were spacious, the pool was great and hot tub was HOT and relaxing. I was disappointed that there was no free breakfast, which is my reason for the 4 stars.
-
Location was excellent for what we needed. Everything was clean and the breakfast was really good. Staff were nice. Plenty parking, even having to pay for it.

The property was convenient to King of Prussia and the city of Philadelphia. The room was ok a little wear and tear. Great water pressure and temperature. The restaurant looked nice but didn't eat there. The pool area needs the most work. Hole in the ceiling water was dripping into a bucket. The Jacuzzi needs a new paint job and tiles replaced . I didn't look into the pool.

Had a great stay
-
Very decent and quiet place
-
The staff was so completely rude from the moment I walked in. It was extremely uncomfortable and it’s a shame because that particular Marriott has been there since I was a child and it has most certainly gone way downhill. I think if the staff members at that business were replaced with people that were actually friendly and knowledgeable of customer service people wouldn’t complain so much. Other than that, below mediocre at best.

Always a great place to stay!

Awesome hotel. All of the staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The Legends Sports Bar & Restaurant service team and bartenders were also terrific and professional as well. Great place to stay when you are in the Conshohocken area.

It was sent & paid for overnite !! staff very nice & helpful, but hotel is old & needs refurbishing Breakfast bar adequate, but not great Food in Legends very very mediocre.

Good food and responsive staff!

Nice property. Friendly staff. Our room was by the elevators and we asked to be moved to a quieter location. Though they tried, we were unable to be moved. It was inconvenient being woken up multiple times at night due to the elevator noise and loud guests. The Residence Inn in the same neighborhood offers free breakfast and parking.
