I always choose Hampton Inn for traveling. Mills Civic was just wonderful. Staff so friendly, every part of the hotel was so clean! Breakfast yummy! Having to leave ....

Front Desk staff Brendon has been very kind in assisting us on several stays at this hotel. Location is convenient for us, with access-to good restaurants & good W/C accessible.

We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but it smelled great! A good amount of wear and tear in our room (especially the bathroom), my daughter complained of the cheap TP (you could see through it, it was so thin), beds were incredibly comfortable so we slept great, market had nearly nothing in it for snacks, front staff was never at the front desk when i needed something, i had to knock on the door to their back room to get checked in. All in all, a fine stay, but nothing spectacular. For the same price, I feel like I could find better.

Excellent room . It was quieter than any hotel I have ever stayed in. Wonderful decor and amenities. The room was beautiful. The breakfast area inviting and provided space between tables . The food was good Only white bread as an option at breakfast. Is this an Iowa thing ? No whole wheat or multigrain.

The hot tub was nit in working order. Very nice place.

Check in was very efficient with Brandon, nice room, location perfect for our visit. We enjoyed breakfast and check out went smoothly

The sink faucet did not adjust and the drain did not drain good.

The front desk was really nice, the room was very clean. The breakfast was super good and that whole area was really clean. Definitely will stay here again!

Clean room, friendly staff, and in great area. The downside is the hot tub was broken and the air in the room didnt work great. Other than that is was a great stay.

My food selection was good. Check In waited at the front desk for check in for 10 or more minutes for someone to greet me. In addition did not receive complimentary water.
