Room was huge and the staff was very helpful

We were shocked when a manager came to our door the morning of checkout wondering how long it would be when we left. He came about 11:15 am. He said checkout was supposed to be 11:00 an. Nothing was said or given to us on paper saying that. We looked on the back of our door the night before and it was printed as 12:00 pm. That's the time we planed to be checked out by. They should do better to let their customers know the time.

We have stayed in many hotels! We discovered Drury Hotel and by far it is the best for the value in every which way! This place provides guests with a buffet dinner from 5:30 to 7 pm daily and each guest gets 3 cocktail drinks and in the a.m at 6 a.m they serve breakfast buffet for guests! The GM his name is Bo is the best.

Stay here overnight with my husband. We checked in kind of late and had to be let in my the rest attendant since we didnt have a key. That's a safety feature that I appreciated. We got a Jacuzzi room. The room was a good size and very clean. The shower was good, the bed seemed a little hard, but that's just due to my preference. Some people like firmer mattresses. The jacuzzi was a little small for 2 of us, but we made it work. The breakfast was really good, and a lot of seating for everyone. I would definitely recommend this place and would for sure stay here again!

Everything was great the only thing that could have been better is the shower pressures was rather low

Breakfast and Evening snacks were very good!
-
This is a very nice hotel. Comfortable, large room. Area is swanky shopping center. I’d skip the Holy Moly donuts! No good.
-
Everyone was friendly. Our room was spacious and nice. We had a good stay.
-
Welcomed right away when we walked in. Very friendly and informative. The dinner and breakfast great as always. All staff welcoming with smiles.
-
We enjoyed it very much. Great value and great experience. Thank you to everyones. Word of mouth advertising is the best.

The staff are excellent here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it does not make up for the subpar rooms. There is no fan/ventilation for the bathroom, so the steam from the shower makes the room damp, and the poor quality bedding create these strange pockets where you're shivering from the air conditioning, while sweating through the poor bedding. It makes for a deeply uncomfortable stay, and I was unable to sleep, at all. The water pressure in the shower is iffy and the toiletries are poor. This 2 queen room, their base, cost 160 dollars due to the holiday weekend. It was NOT worth the cost, and I would recommend staying at a better hotel when their rates surge. They are a 2-3 star hotel, at best, and are not worth their higher rates.

Everything was good. We just happened to pick a busy weekend for them. Took our food to our room to eat since there was no room in the dining area for dinner or breakfast. Desk staff was very nice.
