The room was clean - we had issues with getting more towels and I was told it was my fault that the dryer door was opened and clothes weren’t dry when I tried to use the laundry facility. When we asked to check out early because our plans had been altered - we were told they had no problem with not charging us and leaving early but we had to check with Expedia. When we called Expedia they said they had no problem but wanted to check with the hotel and we were then told the hotel denied our request!
