Sleep Inn & Suites West Des Moines near Jordan Creek

I reserved 2 rooms and the hotel only had us down for 1.

Great experience. Very clean room. Beds are comfortable and clean. Good breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the location was very convenient for the activities that we did around West Des Moines. Our room smelled like it had been smoked in recently.

Front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Quiet location but close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast had good options - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, & toast. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked the location that is why we booked it. However, we didn't get the room we booked, which has never happen to us before. We will not go back to a sleep Inn again. We made reservations for a king suite with pups when we booked the room through booking.com. When we arrived, we were told that our pets could not be in a king suite. Therefore, we were denied the room we paid for, and was put in a regular queen room or the only other option was to cancel our room and go elsewhere. It was not good customer service, and we want a refund for the difference we paid for to get a king room. Also, we didn't have a lounge chair in the room.

Room was clean, quiet. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was good. Just an overnight stay passing through the area and we were happy to find this gem after a long road trip!
