Clean and convenient, would stay again.
-
Pros - large sized rooms with 4 single beds - hot tub - close to slopes - many separate common areas Cons - dated hotel - limited/fixed breakfast options -

Owners were super nice and breakfast was amazing each day. Clean room, super comfy, great for solo traveling too!
-
Close to the mountain. Breakfast was good. Beds were not too comfortable.
-
Place is great and location as well, 5 minutes from Mount Snow.
-
Very friendly and close to the mountain
-
Convenient place to stay for mount snow skiing. Rooms could use upgrade as they are a little outdated.
-
The room was nice and cozy but the beds were a little firm. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was great!

Staffs are very welcoming, room is very clean, a hot outdoor spa was a pleasant surprise. And it’s within 5 mins drives to mt snow and most restaurants/shops in town. Breakfast was lovely and yummy. Beds could be more comfortable

Nice big rooms , very clean, good breakfast, outdoor hot tub, everything you need for a ski holiday stay

Concerns: Quite dated rooms with old furniture and a bit uncomfortable beds, extremely limited breakfast without any continental options, even though it states so. There are 3 options to choose from, but for vegetarians the only option is bread-butter-jelly - no peanut butter, no bagels, no milk, no continental pastries, etc.

The location was great, close to Mt. Snow and not far from Stratton. The place was clean, the room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were good.
-
The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was great! And I also enjoyed the common area lounge and hot tub. Would definitely stay at the Big Bears Lodge again!

The location is fantastic. The breakfast was more than I thought it would be when they mentioned free breakfast. Staff is wonderful. Rooms look so much better in person. Large and clean. Quaint rustic charm. I don’t have anything bad to say about this motel.

Great mom and pop motel minutes from Mount Snow
-
The hot tub wasn't working and the hotel was dumpy and looked nothing like the pictures. Also had a smell like mold. Not worth what i paid by a long shot.
-
Hot tub was nice and hot, fits 6 people so could get a little crowded if they are booked up. the property is dated but kept up very well. Breakfast was perfect and made to order. Eggs with bacon or sausage, french toast. Simple but all you need before going out to ski in the morning.

We loved our stay at Big Bear's Lodge because it was a charming, clean and comfortable rest after a long car trip. We wished we could have stayed longer because our girls (ages 4 & 8) loved the pool, playground area and bunkbeds. My husband and I loved the rustic charm, manicured landscapes, clean room and wonderful hot breakfast provided by the kind and accommodating owners. Certainly a gem of a place, so glad we chose to stay here. Only a couple of suggestions I would make such as to have a coffee/ tea station in the lobby and more outlet/ charging ports in the room.
