Expedia website stated all taxes and fees were included but I had to pay $40, ($10 parking and $30 resort fee) for 2 nights. We were only using the resort to sleep at so I would have chose somewhere else had I known about the additional fees when I booked it. They stated some booking sites include the fees and some don't and Expedia was one that doesn't even though the stated all taxes and fees were included. Also, could not get the room to cool down at night. Was mildly uncomfortable sleeping, otherwise it was a beautiful resort, well maintained. Would love to stay there in the winter while skiing.

Host in restaurant let us stand at the host stand while he finished up his conversation with friends or regulars at bar until he realized to seat us. Took over 45 minutes to get a hamburger and pork slider sliders. Served to us at 9:00 pm sat at 8:10pm. Needed to hurry because they played the “Closing Time “ song 3 times in a row as they served us. Oh and we were the only couple in the dinning area. So no other orders were in the kitchen since we arrived. Felt pushed out after or order took over 45 minutes to arrive.

Very nice resort, on a beautiful landscaping

Beautiful property, very helpful staff
-
The room was clean, beds were comfortable BUT the cooling/heating system was inconsistent and loud, on and off all night. The whole place has a very tired look, needs a makeover.
-
Everything great but unfortunately pool is under renovation until October. It seems strange to me that they would not do such a renovation in a different season

The room was clean and the facility was fine. Considering it was off season I understand the need to work on the pool and hot tub but it was still disappointing. The deli was outrageously expensive. A coffee was $6 (gas station variety) and a breakfast sandwich $16. Considering the hotel was basically empty I was put in the last room on the second floor, making everything a walk. Staff was fine, a bit indifferent. I was also charged for parking which I understand during peak season but there's literally 10 people staying at this hotel. The additional parking charge just seemed really unnecessary.

I did not like how the pool was closed during the stay without acknowledgment prior. Im not sure if there is a way for a voucher or coupon code for another stay when it is running. Overall fantastic

Had to park in the lower lot because it was full

We were very disappointed upon arrival to hear that the pool was closed for the summer. It was 4th of July weekend and we were traveling with grandkids. We would not have booked there if we had known.
-
ac had to be turned back on every few hours. fridge broke three times and maintenance needed to bring new ones. pool and hot tub was closed even tho i specifically bought this booking because expedia said it was available. fire pit was nice and they had a great fourth of july celebration

The pool is unavailable until October! Doesn’t say that on Expedia

Awesome resort with so much to do!
-
Lovely resort although the pool is closed until October. Beautiful, peaceful property. 300+ rooms! Music on patio with s’mores was fun. Karen was very nice and helpful. Only negative it is 15 miles from town and not a lot to do!

Property and staff were great!

Got a room with a Murphy bed and had to shift furniture to get it open. Bed was not comfortable. The website and staff said Cousins restaurant was open for lunch and it wasn’t . There wasn’t enough parking spaces….

We had a great stay with our young children. We stayed in early summer. There were lots of outdoor trails for us to take advantage of during the day. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and met all of our needs. We hope to be back!

All aspects of the property were excellent and well maintained. The food, service, gym, pool all top notch.
-
The excess parking is at the bottom of a hill. Not a “short walk up a small hill.” The property is dated and in need of updating and maintenance. There were children running around the halls until 9pm. Very limited chairs at the pool. The hot tub appeared dirty.

Pool was nice, water a bit too warm on the very hot day we were there. Staff are amazing and very accommodating. Allen, Patrica, Kathleen and Karen were great. Grill area was great, perfect for cooking burgers and dogs for the 25 we had with us. Property is well maintained, the Gardner was working on all the flowers out front when we arrived. Place looks great. The upper parking lot could be bigger, the lower lots are a bit of a hike. The food was great, but the timing of the meals were off. I got my dinner when everyone else’s almost done. But the Mariner Sandwich was very good.
