Very good

What I like is the room was well stocked, very clean and the staff is very helpful. What I did not like is the parking is very inconvenient and is quite a walk which is never fun in bad weather. They need more luggage carts. It looked like they have about 5 or 6 for about a 200 room hotel. There was only one place on the property to get breakfast in the morning. There is a stove and refrigerator in the room. I had no idea before hand those would be available!

Checked in early and was told someone would call us when our room was ready. Never heard from anyone. Finally went back to the desk at 4 and it was told it was ready

The room was pretty big and clean. Deli was good. The restaurant bartender was very helpful. The shuttle bus service was great.

Very clean. Staff were super helpful. Beautiful even though it was “off-season”.

Pool and hot tub were closed, no fresh towels or maid service or coffee replenishment. No shuttle service available and no coffee cups provided in the lobby for complimentary coffee. The bar closed at 8:30 even though posted hours were until 10:00

Room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

We need to change room because my husband is physically handicapped and the queen size bed wasn't working for us. They were wonderful about getting us another room. Very helpful and understanding. We will definitely stay there again.

Very friendly, helpful staff!!!!!!Clean and nice little extras like a coffee machine and water machine 24/7 and a little deli store. Also washing machine and dryers are available and very clean. The location is great and great sized room. No daily cleaning service but stuff always offers fresh towels.

Expedia website stated all taxes and fees were included but I had to pay $40, ($10 parking and $30 resort fee) for 2 nights. We were only using the resort to sleep at so I would have chose somewhere else had I known about the additional fees when I booked it. They stated some booking sites include the fees and some don't and Expedia was one that doesn't even though the stated all taxes and fees were included. Also, could not get the room to cool down at night. Was mildly uncomfortable sleeping, otherwise it was a beautiful resort, well maintained. Would love to stay there in the winter while skiing.

Host in restaurant let us stand at the host stand while he finished up his conversation with friends or regulars at bar until he realized to seat us. Took over 45 minutes to get a hamburger and pork slider sliders. Served to us at 9:00 pm sat at 8:10pm. Needed to hurry because they played the “Closing Time “ song 3 times in a row as they served us. Oh and we were the only couple in the dinning area. So no other orders were in the kitchen since we arrived. Felt pushed out after or order took over 45 minutes to arrive.

Location to our venue We had a Murphy bed that we didn’t ask for and it wasn’t comfortable. They only had parking in the overflow lot. You needed to walk a long distance up a hill or rely on one person to drive you that was rarely available. No pool. The front desk was not helpful.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable BUT the cooling/heating system was inconsistent and loud, on and off all night. The whole place has a very tired look, needs a makeover.

Everything great but unfortunately pool is under renovation until October. It seems strange to me that they would not do such a renovation in a different season

The room was clean and the facility was fine. Considering it was off season I understand the need to work on the pool and hot tub but it was still disappointing. The deli was outrageously expensive. A coffee was $6 (gas station variety) and a breakfast sandwich $16. Considering the hotel was basically empty I was put in the last room on the second floor, making everything a walk. Staff was fine, a bit indifferent. I was also charged for parking which I understand during peak season but there's literally 10 people staying at this hotel. The additional parking charge just seemed really unnecessary.

I did not like how the pool was closed during the stay without acknowledgment prior. Im not sure if there is a way for a voucher or coupon code for another stay when it is running. Overall fantastic
