Doveberry Inn

The bathroom is a bit narrow and bathtub had some stray hairs in it, but I don't expect perfection. The shower set the smoke detector off and it fell from the ceiling when I tried to fan it with a towel. None of these things would prevent me from booking again in the future. One other thing was the free cancelation policy was a bit confusing.

Absolutely nothing!

Minimal interaction with staff, but received daily text messages. When I requested an item, it was there for me. While the beds and linens were clean, the room was not very clean, especially the bathroom with brown stains on the walls. Breakfast was nice to have, but the waffle irons had thick black coating that peeled off into your waffles.

Breakfast was great - two waffle irons with some various toppings, as well as fruit, bagels, muffins, yogurt, and a Keurig with a few options for k-cups. The entire property was nice and quiet the entire stay, and it was easy to come and go throughout our visit with the coded locks on the doors. Our headboard creaked any time we shifted in the bed, so though the mattress was comfortable, our sleep was frequently disrupted through the night. My wife has a nut allergy, so the honey walnut cream cheese made her nervous for cross-contamination at breakfast, limiting our options.

Easy to find and close to everything. The Inn was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good you made your own waffles which was big . Owner was very nice.

Mattress and bed were not good at all. Mattress very soft, and bed squeaked every time you rolled over

N/A Toiletries came in small plastic containers that contained powder and you had to add water too. (soap, hair conditionerand shampoo) and only one of each just enough for one person. Very strange!

Nick helpful when I needed a dryer My room was spacious and air conditioned. Would love to have a pool on property ? Maybe add hard boiled eggs and yogurt for breakfast

There was a man name, Nick, who kept in touch with us and answered our questions and was checking in with us if we needed anything just to let him know very good customer service The price was reasonable, but the room was very small

Cozy little lobby/lounge, easy access, convenient location for skiing. The King bed was super comfortable.

Besides the waffles, the muffins and pastries were store bought from a Costco or BJ's.

Bed not made up AND not havng clean towel.

Fireplace didn't work

Breakfast at the inn was very nice. It was all DIY, but all ingredients were made available, including waffle batter, and prepped machines to make your own! Kids loved the hot chocolate! Also, the living room was a hit with a cozy fireplace, unpretentious and easy dining room adjacent, and fabulous bumper pool game in the entryway. It was a great place to hang out and get ready to ski. Also super close to the mountain. Not much! The hotel was absolutely charming. Bathrooms are small, but functional. Beds were very comfortable.

I have trouble with technology and had to ask for help with operation of fireplace, locking doors and tv remote. The staff was very accommodating, responsive and pleasant to deal with. The breakfast was great. The blueberry muffins were the best I ever experienced. Room was clean and quiet. Ambiance of the Inn was very Vermont. The bathroom was a bit small, hard to operate door around the toilet.

The self made waffles were great!

Location was incredible from the ski mountain and nearby restaurants. Check in was easy and staff were accommodating Not quite what I expected given all the raving reviews. But suited the purpose for location

The room was small and the bathroom was even smaller. Not a lot of room and the sink was not in the bathroom. It was outside the bathroom door.
