Front desk is incredibly rude. The ceiling in the room had mold. No towels in the room. And to make it worse, “breakfast” is some suspicious brown paper bag with a granola bar & apple. Terrible experience

No staff staff available ( housekeeping) No towels ,hand towels or face clothes in the bathroom. No phone for in the room . There was a big hole in the bathroom door it looked as if someone put their fist through it and the jetted tub was dusty and had soap scum... NEVER AGAIN!... I was also CHARGED For A extra room that I HAD TO DESPUTE!

Hotel in terrible condition. Half the paint peeled off my room door and others. Hallways not well maintained. Signs posted all over advertising 24 hr surveillance of building and parking. Bedding had black marks on sheets. Front desk behind plate glass protection.

location, exceptional flood lighting during night, and their attempts at landscaping the hotel needs to have a health inspection. while they removed the old carpet, the entrance smelled and looks horrible, the walls in the room and common areas are filthy, for some ridiculous reason there is carpet in the walkways. have never been cleaned, and the shower curtain was pointless.

There was mold on the floor on the edge of the bathtub. There was no ice to offer the customers. They don’t offer ice. The lobby was dingy and the couch was stained and so worn. No eye contact with the one representative who was overwhelmed or didn’t care. Clear sign that no parties were allowed and clearly parties and loud music all night. DO NOT STAY HERE

The motel is old and outdated there is no privacy I could literally hear other customers conversations thru the walls the hotel states it offers continental breakfast but literally gives people brown paper bags with a apple a honeybun and a granola bar there wasn’t a wash cloth or towel in the bathroom the curtains were ripped and the overall cleanliness was a 4/10

Housecleaning didn’t come to the room they were no towels in the room I had to request them at the front desk and I was only given one towel for a family of four beside other it was awesome No one knocked to see if I needed the room clean or any towels or toilet treats needed

Nothing at all. There was no breakfast. The guy who checked us in was rude as hell. The sheets had holes from cigarette burns and the rooms reeked of smoked and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There was only one towel, went to registration to ask for towels and sheets the guy said he didn’t have any with attitude (he just didn’t care). The bathroom door couldn’t lock so no privacy. Then there wasn’t any little soap or anything of convenience.

I had to cancel the reservation because there were no towels available in any of the rooms; besides that, when we arrived, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes—it wasn't a pleasant atmosphere. And I haven't received a refund yet.

Room service did not come to supply towels.
