The entire facility was extremely clean, my room included. The staff was great, no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this Best Western.

Very happy with this hotel, it is located near a Walmart and gas station with 7/11 and a few fast food spots. It's a short cab ride away from down town new haven. Has a handy indoor pool and gym. It was perfect for an overnight stay.
