The first room they put us in had no hot water. I don't mean a little hot water, I mean NO hot water. Front Desk said something about an issue with the room below so they moved us to another room, slightly smaller, same curtain, no tub just a shower, but it did have hot water. Rooms look modern and were pretty comfortable except for the AC, which is either always on or always off regardless of the temp you set on the wall control. Breakfast, they had all these pictures with Brioche Breakfast sandwiches and fresh fruit. Nothing like that at all. They had egg patties and sausage links, both mornings. The second morning they did have hard pretzel buns but they were inedible. One banana the first morning. The Second morning they had some really small hardly ripe apples, no bananas. Same links, old hard bread slices and pre-packaged bagels which were also hard. They did have make your own waffles if you're into that. I mentioned this to the GM since I got a text asking how the stay was going. All I got was an explanation that everything was within brand standard. So I guess brand standard sucks. Also, the pool was out of order. Next door pool was really cold.

Clean, friendly, good breakfast

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The shower was difficult for me to use because the floor became slippery when wet and I had to put a hand towel down to stand on. Also, the shower head was out of my reach and badly adjusted for my use. The breakfast was disappointing, but free hotel breakfasts almost always are.

We appreciated that dogs were allowed, but there’s no dog area, so we were advised to walk your dog around the property edge and use the grass.

Excellent stay

Modern hotel, room was clean and very spacious for my family. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a winner for everyone in my family. Good value. Everything was positive

Friendly staff, convenient location.

No housekeeping the entire 3 night stay. Did not keep supplies up in the room. Hand lotion was empty got one roll of toilet paper… room good sized
-
Well designed room. Lots of counter space and usb ports and plugs in all the right places.
-
Convenient with many eating g options nearby. Good proximity to campus. Bed was very comfortable. No complaints. The unit felt a bit sterile.

Nice hotel, good location for Purdue activities

Everything was great, it was actually the fastest check-in I’ve had in recent memory. Lots of food choices in walkable distance, not too far from campus. Staff was great, hotel was clean, room was great. The only suggestion I have for the future is that the breakfast area flow needs fine-tuning. A ton of people flow through there, maybe have the hot food separated into two warmers instead of just the one. Other than that, excellent place to stay!

Quite fresh hotel, everything is in a usable condition. I’d put a ten score if there wouldn’t be an issue with bed linen. It was old, used out and smelled not good.

The location was convenient, but away from the main university traffic. The room size, amenities, and cleanliness were excellent. There were kids around 8-12 in the gym (with a parent) and we notified staff, but didn’t seem like anything was done. The breakfast was ok, but also seemed like people were loading up for their families. Our shower stall floor was very slippery and a big fall risk for some.

Room and bathroom was clean bed was comfortable breakfast was good hotel was easy to find and will stay again

Also one evening I came back and there were many police cars there. I asked what was going on at the front desk for safety reasons and I was told to just go to my room. The police were a couple doors down from my room and were all over the hallway, they arrested someone and I had to go through them all to get to my room. My safety, I felt was disregarded.

Clean, big room. Excellent breakfast
-
Dirty rooms. We changed rooms due to the uncleanliness of the first. The second was better but still not clean. Toothpaste in the bathroom sink along with hair. Not even an attempt at cleaning that sink. Very unfriendly staff as well. I will not stay there again when I return.
