Quality Inn West Lafayette - University Area

It is a very safe place for students.

Floors were dirty. None of the lamp cords were in sockets. Neither of the pools were open. Charged $50.00 for dog to stay in this dump. There were no poop bags by the dog walking area. The halleay was very hot. When I dropped off the keys the next morning, a lady said there were bugs in her room. Will NEVER stay there again.

I have now booked this on 2 different occasions and both times I haven’t gotten the room I paid for and it’s been the same guy and he tells me he’s a manager when in fact he’s not they don’t have a manager onsite… not to mention that he charges me an extra 25 after I pay everything online..unfortunately I’m limited on options at times and this stay came with the passing of my mother…

Fine for my needs for an overnighter. Price was right.

Management needs to invest in better upkeep and maintenance. Not a good experience overall

Front Desk clerk very rude and unhelpful. Sheets on bed were old and wore out to the point that 5 mins in bed and bottom sheet came undone. Shower was halfway clean. supplies were partially empty. The big thing was the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. No were on the website was this stated. I really needed the hot tub as I was in a 27 hole golf tournament x 3 days...This was the main reason I chose this hotel. Oh, and the breakfast consisted of a waffle machine and the rest cold cereal and fruit. Upon arriving, and finding out no hot tub or pool, I requested a cancelation and refund....No chance said the Man running the place...Very unsatisfied....Would definitely not recommend this establishment> Also still have not received my deposit back...

Hotel is outdated but fairly clean and inexpensive. Pool area had potential to be really nice at one time but now is kinda creepy.

My first room the sink was clogged. My second room was just not in good standing the wall paper was stapled to the wall. The ceiling looked like water damage was up there. Part of the ceiling and the trim was coming off. Huge spider webs and spiders outside of the door on the balcony so I couldn’t use it. No telephone to contact front desk. My third room was ok.

I pay for three nights and never change my blankets
