The advertised pool has no water, the towels didn’t really look clean, the bed wasn’t very clean, and the entire hotel had a mildew smell
-
Room was ok just very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were empty and nothing was said about it on line! That was one of the reasons we chose that hotel
-
It was an adequate hotel, age is very evident, elevator seemed fairly old was up to date on inspections but still seemed iffy. Over all feel of the property was old and outdated

The property needs maintenance, pools were out service
-
Pool has been closed for months for renovations. Was told it will be closed for two more months. Room door had a substantial gap at the bottom - we covered with pillows. Breakfast was minimal and not well maintained. Hotel smells quite musty.
-
Easy parking. Stores nearby. Comfortable stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It’s an older property but everything was clean and orderly. Thank you!

Expedia sent the hotel the wrong room request, but the manager made it right because the confirmation had the correct room information.

Upon arriving I was informed that my room was given away & that there were only two bed room available but I booked & paid for a King Room. Then I was told that the room was on the third floor away from the elevator so when I asked for accessibility & first floor close to the main entrance due to having a foot procedure. I was then told I could cancel & find somewhere else to stay but I would still have to pay for one night since it was pass the cancellation period & after 9 pm. Once I got to the room the beds were rollaway beds, the curtains were streaded, the room smelled of mildew, there was an old cigarette in the corner of the bathroom, there was no soap, bodywash, lotion or shampoo. The pool & hot tub was empty & when asked about it was told it was just out. The breakfast items were gone within 45 mins of the breakfast time & was told that was it for the day. Upon asking for items for the room, we were told they would bring it up but never received it. This was the worst hotel I've ever been in - yes, I took pictures & reported everything.

One of the lights next to the bed didn’t have a light bulb, the other light next to the bed didn’t have a switch to turn it on. The chair was so old and scratchy that as soon as I sat down I began itching. The bed and pillows were great and the only reason I didn’t give it it even fewer stars. I ended checking out at 4 am on my last day and found some random guy sleeping in a chair next to an elevator, made me feel uneasy.

It was crazy staying there There is not a single topic I liked
-
Good parking, close to Walmart and restaurants
-
Close to everything Dirty disgusting sheets
-
Nothing at all Location, dated a d especially the staff {owner or whoever attitude}
-
We liked the idea of the property. The vastness of it and the multiple inside staircases. We did not like that the pool was not working, that there was only 1 ice machine per floor. We did not like the general rundown appearance of the place. The big empty pool in the middle of everything did not help that vibe.
-
It is a very safe place for students.
-
This hotel is being renovated but the room was updated, clean, and its on its way to becoming a beautiful hotel again I wish the pool had been open but it looks like it soon will be

Floors were dirty. None of the lamp cords were in sockets. Neither of the pools were open. Charged $50.00 for dog to stay in this dump. There were no poop bags by the dog walking area. The halleay was very hot. When I dropped off the keys the next morning, a lady said there were bugs in her room. Will NEVER stay there again.
