Nice place to stay

Very comfortable, friendly staff and tasty breakfast!

Room cleanliness was completely unacceptable. Food crumbs on floor in multiple spots. Dirty cleaning rag left on shelf. Bathroom floor unclean. Hair on bathroom sink. It was obvious that cleaning had been done (it wasn’t just a mistake that the room was missed); it was done haphazardly and poorly. Recommend choosing a different hotel.

Even though there was an issue with the booking due to the site, the receptionist took care of the situation and helped our family out The breakfast could’ve been a little bit better, waffles were undercooked, and pancakes were a little mushy

Was a beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean facility all around. Delicious breakfast with actual dishes, not all disposable!

Location

Hotel was very clean. Hot Buffet breakfast was wonderful. Pool was great. We liked the room with full microwave, full fridge, and 2 stove top burners. It even included pans/dishes and small dishwasher!! We used the laundry facilities too! It had everything. The only downfall was that I kept getting charged different fees for no reason. The staff was contacted 3 different occasions, but finally got it fixed, (I think). Will stay again.

I had booked a db queen bed with a couch and there was no couch. They said oh yes this has been a problem on our websight we have asked them to take the false advertisement down but they haven’t for a year now. Food was cold, they take dishes and clean with the same dirty hands. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!

Excellent location, room could’ve been cleaned better. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Place was amazing compared to Red Roof Inn that Initially cancelled and disputed the cancellation and refund due to health risk and safety risk.

The motorized blinds did not function in my room, however I was only there for one night and was not an issue for me.

The staff was very pleasant. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The only issue we had was that there was a people staying at the hotel whom did not like us because of our skin color and they tried to make us uncomfortable. It's not the hotel's fault, it's what the world has become.
