Great breakfast

Unfortunately, the room had a musty odor, and we found a large spider in the bathroom. In addition, several of the toiletries were empty or had not been refilled. Overall, the accommodations and check-in process did not meet our expectations, making for a less-than-satisfactory experience.

Everything was clean and safe

The staff was nice but the rooms were not clean.

This hotel was unique

Room service was really bad, they didn’t clean up the room at all, the couch in the living room was so uncomfortable and they don’t have a separate bed for kids. Staff was helpful and location was working for us but that’s it.

I had a very pleasant stay. Staff is super nice and helpful.

They only have 1 washer and 1 dryer. It would have been nice to do more than 1 load of laundry at a time. Thankfully, no one else needed to do their laundry.

Very nice and modern hotel. Facilities are Clean and food for breakfast was good and plentiful.

Downside was lack of variety of the breakfast. However, the staff was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable and overall everything was pretty clean..

It was fantastic stay

Nice stay, overall. The AC in our room didn't work, so we used a single sheet, both nights. The breakfast was good, but the options and quality depended on what time you went. The pool was nice for our boys, though the pool room was quite hot. The hotel advertises a game room, while there is not one (we asked the hotel check in woman).

For an overnight stay this was perfect. Close to the beach, good breakfast, water and coffee available 24 hours. The bed was comfortable. Walls are a little thin. Overall, good value for the money.

Incredible breakfast potatoes

Great hotel, close to a lot of places and easy on and off the highway. Facility was clean and easy to get around, room was clean and spacious, AC worked very well. Breakfast was also great, lots of options and a cool pancake conveyer belt thing. LOVED the cinnamon rolls. All around great stay.

Property was well maintained. Two issues- bed felt soft and uncomfortable. Bathtub was not clean.

Not enough parking. Cafe table had gum stuck under it which got on my hand when I needed to move it to use it. Cookies were not available most of the time on snack bar. Only once were they available during a 5 day stay. No TV channel guide and when I asked for one the desk attendant had no idea what I was asking for. Zero comprehension. Channels are coded to streaming so you have to flip through and wait for a commercial to be off the screen to know what you’re watching. Bathrooms not cleaned adequately- hair in sink and rib from previous guest. They only made up the room once during our 5 day stay even though we asked for it every day. Had to request towels to be brought up. Refrigerator made a knocking noise all night long and had ice on the inside back panel. Had to unplug it to be able to sleep. Will not go back. We come every June to the area for business and will go back to Raddison even though it’s farther away next year.
