Towneplace Suites Salt Lake City-West Valley

This was a great place to stay with our two cats. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast was great too- lots of options!

Our stay was perfect. The staff were helpful and welcoming! The room was great and beds were perfect! We 100% recommend and would stay here again!

The comforter on the bed had stains and when asked for a replacement, it also had stains on it. The bathroom and kitchen could’ve been cleaner but it was overall not too bad. The nightstands weren’t clean either but we just wiped them down ourselves.

The staff was great and the breakfast was very good . We only stayed one night fur a concert but it was close to the venue and that was great 😃

The art on the walls is ugly. And the breakfast wasn't that great. But everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was very nice too.

Very friendly, suite had a full kitchenette, and there was a pool and hot tub. Will definitely be back.

Everything seemed like it was going to be a good stay up until I found roaches in my unit. After which I checked out asap

We really enjoyed the patio area and the pond across the street.

The staff were absolutely amazing, so nice and very accommodating. The hotel is a little older, but very clean. Keeping in mind that it can come off as outdated. A little bit of water pressure/drainage issues. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely sat here again! It is in a prime location next to lots of shopping and eating places. You could literally walk to just about anything you needed.

This is the best welcoming and friendly team that we ever met in our numerous travels!!
