Our room was very comfy and clean, staff was nice and the breakfast was also amazing. It was a very nice stay.

This hotel was kind of far from the store. There is a Holiday Inn Express and other options downtown closer to the store. Then we could just walk to the store potentially, and not have to deal with the terrible parking around the store. There is no parking lot, just parking garages attached to shopping centers and hotels around, which was confusing for us at first.

Please books something downtown for the next event. It sucks having to drive 20 minutes to the store or to anything worthwhile. There’s plenty of hotels within walking distance. Hotel also had some plumbing issues and smelled like sewage.

Great room. Suggestion- Add more selection to the TV channels.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were courteous and polite, hotel was located in a quiet place.

Staff was friendly and welcoming but the floor of our room was definitely not vacuumed before our stay there were small wrappers and other things under and around the bed. Also, the blinds were broken- which we brought to their attention.

Hits every possible note of what you want and need in a hotel on a long road trip. Super cute and classy rooms. Spacious parking lot. EV chargers on site. A full breakfast. Great coffee. And I could bring my service dog without drama and there were wide sidewalks surrounded by grass and trees to walk him. I’d stay there in a heartbeat again. It was basically perfect.

The sheets are so soft. It’s very quiet. This is my favorite place to stay when I travel for work because the staff is so friendly.
