Embassy Suites by Hilton Salt Lake West Valley City

We had to switch rooms the sofa bed mattress has blood stains. When we called they quickly switched our rooms. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Great location and the room was clean. The only drawback was the shower door leaked and there was water all over the floor.

I really liked it! We got the two room suite and it was perfect for a quick girls trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast always hits. Free Parking on site. Clean and good central location near airport!

Always clean & wonderful stay

We always stay here when we are in Salt Lake! It’s a wonderful place with an Amazing staff, amazing bedding, great food and convenient location!!

Friendly Great location for me

Bedroom separate from front room and kitchen. Like how it was sliding doors. Breakfast was good. Trying to figure out you have to push a button on the wall to get outlets to work. Other hotels have a $30 incidental, it was $50 there. They will tell you the money is released when you check out, but know it is going to take a few days to get it. Went to the lobby to get a snack in the middle of the night.. no one anywhere. Waited at the front desk, walked around, but no staff in site to assist.

Conveniently located for our destination. Great choices for buffet style breakfast. No vending machine by the ice machine.

Staff members were very helpful and very nice

Breakfast was well done, and as expected. The only downside to the stay was that the one time I was able to use the hot tub, it was down for maintenance.

The place was nice, and the people were OK, but the problems I had were with the interactions between Booking.com and Embassy Suites. They tried to charge me not only again for the room but also nearly double what I already paid. This wasn't awesome to deal with as I had just got off the road and was late. They got it worked out after blaming booking.com as much as possible and a good bit of time to do it in, and after that, everything else was good. Having to deal with the lengthy process of them figuring out whether or not I already paid and needing to get to my room to decompress and sleep. Again, everything else was good, though, I just wish this didn't have to happen. In this case, the blame game doesn't help either, I don't see how it matters because there isn't any way to know who whether Booking.com or Embassy Suites was responsible for this mess, just do better so this doesn't happen to people.

It was a good hotel for West Valley City and the restaurant was excellent. They had a group of soccer players in a tournament but we didn’t hear any noise.
