Our did not gave tv remote but the night desk staff got us one right away. The keys demagnitized and us and 2 other guests had to go get the key magnetized again to open our doors. The bathroom door lock was broken and my daughter got locked in the bathroom for 20 minutes while we tried to push up the latch.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Service was amazing, opened breakfast a little early so I could eat before I left for the airport. Staff was great!!

The staff was friendly and the hotel was close to everything The toilet seal broke and water leaked everywhere after only using it twice and we couldn’t use the toilet.

You promote airport shuttle, but it begins too late in the morning. You have easy workarounds but customers have to discover them for themselves

I missed breakfast, it was getting cleaned when i arrived. Someone was bouncing a ball or something against the wall in the room next to mine. I switched to the other bed and it continued through out the night. I can’t remember if I tried calling front desk, but t figured it was was someone with a problem.

Excellent property for a quick stay close to the airport, very good value for your money, all the staff from the overnight front desk agent to the morning front desk agent and the night and morning shuttle drivers were absolutely fantastic, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, updated and well equipped, the breakfast area was clean and had a good little selection for a quick morning pick me up. This has become my favorite property when needing something close to the airport in SLC
