Our key cards worked once then wouldn’t work again. The air conditioner was so loud all night and did not keep the room cool. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 so we didn’t even get any. And the worst part, our toilet wouldn’t flush and you have to find a staff member to unlock the lobby bathrooms. They gave us a plunger (didn’t help) but they don’t have 24 hour maintenance so we just had to deal with it until we left. Staff was friendly though. But for how much I paid, this was not it. Will not ever stay here again!

Overall the location needs a major face lift. Old is a good way to describe it. The staff was all amazing, so I did appreciate that very much.

Wonderful

Very dingy room, dirty walls, splatters and spills from years past are very evident. There was a spider infestation surrounding the mini fridge and under the kitchen sink. The window had a hold in the outer pane and with the airplanes flying overhead it was very loud. The hotel seemed understaffed and I had to wait for very long times any time I needed assistance.

We needed a room close to a wedding we were attending. This location was close. NA

The price and the breakfast

Pool and spa were amazing. Easy check in process and comfortable rooms.

I would recommend not coming to this hotel. Upon arrival, there were police surrounding the entire property. There was something going on. The staff was very rude. I only came to this room because I got into an accident for the Jacuzzi and there was no hot water in the entire property. No one said anything right away. They refused to switch us rooms or make any type of accommodations. The manager refused to even come talk with us and said there’s nothing they can do. I’ve had a horrible experience staying here.

Mine main complaint was there was no hot water for showers this morning. Also the internet was spotty and often lagged. Staff was great.

Very comfortable, safe area, plenty of food options. Easy check in, very warm and friendly staff. Good amenities, appreciated the ice machine and water refill station too. Waffle maker was a nice touch for breakfast. We had a room with 2 queen sized beds as it was cheaper than a king room for the night but good thing we had the second bed as the first one has a very small stain on the bedsheets and one of the pillows had make up stains and some other type of stain. I have to say it felt very much like an anomaly as everything else was pretty good and the place felt very clean other than this detail. We didn't bother to complain about it as we just slept on the other bed instead which was clean.
