Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, West Valley City, UT

Horrible experience to say the least!!! I booked the hotel for my guests visiting from abroad. They had a layover due to a rebooked flight and reached the hotel at midnight. We called the hotel earlier for the late check in. The hotel did not let my guests check in as they did not have a credit card for them incidentals. They would not take my card on the phone. Or allow them to pay cash. Staff were very unhelpful and rude. My guests had to back to airport terminal and spend night there. And worst part is the hotel would not refund the money as well as reservation was non refundable. So no room and no refund. Go figure!!!!

Easy location to Maverick Center for concert, clean basic. Only nuisance was the card key would not work 90% have to go to front desk several times each time we enter the room.

The stay was good

This place was the worst Country Inn Suites I've ever been in. The couch and chair were filthy and worn. The bath tub creaked from being installed wrong. We asked for daily cleaning as we were there for a softball tournament and needed towels every day-never got that. Hated it there. Don't stay there

Horrible experience , they charged me twice and demanded I pay again. The breakfast was not good, and tasted like cardboard.

The first room we were put in the tv wouldn't work. The phone wouldn't work to call the desk. So my husband had to walk down there twice after the clerk tried to fix it once. She then put us in another room. It didn't have a clock like the other one, the beds were so uncomfortable my husband didn't sleep at all. The door frame in the bathroom (by the tub) was rotted away 2- inches from the floor which left a cavity in which it looked like it might be black mold. This is one hotel we will never return to.
