Pool was gross, the hot tub didn’t work and the hallways stunk. Beds were cozy tho and breakfast was good.

We were not able to stay at this location. The smell of the air freshener was so strong I couldn’t breathe. It was the worst in the hall but it was even in the bedroom and the room also smelled like smoke. It was unbearable. Also, the carpet was dirty throughout the hotel and our room. The towels were stained and the bathtub had what looked mold in the caulking, a black hair on the conditioner bottle and the floor was dirty. The spa was closed, something with the motor I believe, the pool needs to be repainted, looks stained and dirty and smelled very strongly of chlorine. I addressed the issues with the desk clerk and he said he was sorry but I would need to address these issues with the manager who was not there. I would appreciate a refund since we were not able to stay.

Saul was the MOST helpful person I have ever encountered at a hotel. After finding out there was blood on multiple beds, in multiple rooms we got moved to, he went above and beyond to try to make our stay pleasant. Thank you Saul. He’s the reason this place got the 3 stars from me.

Do not expect to go swimming or in the hot tub. They were disgusting. The best thing about this place was the beds were comfy and the staff was super nice.

Nice clean room, enjoyable scent when entering- not that typical covered up Oder. Already decorated for fall, which made my day. Great room for the price. I will stay here again.

I don't think this hotel would be a good long-term stay hotel. But it was quiet and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was pretty good but definitely not a long-term stay.

It was good

Everything seemed to be fine with a major exception the coffee was basically water and I told the lady at the front desk and she said they were told they could only use two scoops per pot which it needed probably four or five not sure I’ll stay there again just because of that. I asked the ladies to make it twice as strong for me the next morning as I was getting up at five, it did not happen.

Hotel staff was kind and I would stay here again, has a decent breakfast with many options and was clean. Only complaints were: not sure why nobody used the pool area and door was open when I first went into the room and the freezer had thick wall of ice on the back that has been there for a long time. Thanks for everything you guys do to run that hotel.

Good mid level hotel that served our needs when we were visiting. Parking was great. Wasn’t thrilled with my card getting charged multiple times with no clear reason as to why though. I think in the end staff were able to sort it out, though I heard different things from different employees as to whether I was charged correctly or not. Was also disappointed with the hot tub being closed as that was a key feature we specifically booked for.

We love our room, and for the 2nd time staying in a different state I was satisfied
