The front counter staff was extremely disrespectful. The website says PETS ALLOWED. Does not say only ONE per room. I have 2. The lady jumped down my throat and said only one was the policy and then refused my family service. Iwas traveling with my 3 children. I will never book with them again.

Leslie up at the front desk was super and helped us because we had just left another hotel that was disgusting and she was able to get us a room and get us in quickly

The breakfast was great and was ready on time

The staff at check in were less than interested. Front desk agent was on the phone and no real acknowledgement. Blow dryer in room didn’t work. AC was barely working. Bed not comfortable, pillow lumpy and hard. Breakfast was decent.

Good room My credit card was hacked 15 min after checking in and was then blocked. I NEED my card for travel. I'm not accusing the clerk of scamming my card but about 15 fraudulent charges were made within 15 min of checking in. I think i should have my entire stay refunded for all the problems or has caused me on my trip from GA. The manager at the hotel was informed about it and I showed her the text I got from my credit union that said my VISA is blocked. NOT HAPPY!! Feel free to call me at 478-320-2750 if you'd like to discuss this. If not, I will be calling the corporate office once I return from my trip to complain further.

Our stay was average. Breakfast was good. Staff provided good customer service….my only bad experience was the indoor pool. I took my grandkids to enjoy the pool, however, the pool room was very hot that even our cellphones kept shutting off from overheating; and that was without using them. Only one ceiling panel was open but everything else was enclosed. There was no air flow. Aside from that, our stay was ok.

The first room we had was dirty. The ned had nail clippings and crumbs and what looked like blood stains on the thin mattress pad. The lady at the front desk visually verified this before switching our room but was obviously upset at us for “messing up two rooms right after housekeeping left for the night”. We had to keep getting new key cards because they stopped working. From what I observed, other people had this problem as well. The hot tub floor was orange from water scum. I was sitting outside on a bench by the pool doors and was approached by a drunk lady asking what I was doing. There are no smoking signs but the whole place smelled of marijuana while we were there. Other little things like stains on furniture and curtains, painfully slow elevator, hard to drive carts, and no hand soap in our room. Breakfast was minimal. Eggs were watery and sausage was overcooked but overall your standard hotel breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds are comfortable and in a great location next to an event venue and restaurants, bars, etc. My only complaints are there were no pool towels and the elevator dings are loud, so recommend asking for a room away from them.

The property was great. Unfortunately, I woke up with three red dots on my arm which I believe were bed bug bites.

Hotel was clean, and the pool was nice for the kids.
