Fast check in and our room was clean.

Breakfast was good

There was dog food left in our room along with soda bottles under the ac unit. The ceiling looked like it had been wet or there was a leak on the upper floor. The room had a nasty smell when we got there. The sheets didn’t look clean either. The sink and tub would fill up real quick and the toilet seat was loose and you had to hold it down to flush all the way. Also there were some discrepancies on their website that they did not validate or acknowledge in person.

The room was very clean and comfy the beds were big and soft for once a need in a motel didn't hurt my back and the staff were truly great people and so helpful the breakfast could of offered a little more but they did have good coffee and two different kind of creamer. The pool was the best it was not really warm but not cold waiter it was just right to cool off in the 100 degree weather the only thing they could change is to figure out a way to make the pool room not like a sauna it's fine when your in the water but if your out of the water it's hotter in that room then it is out side and you can't walk on the floor with out burning your feet and I know that may be hard to do with all the windows and the roof and the hot tub but the pool was clean and very comfortable water temp I will be staying here every time I come to town

Very nice and very helpful environment

The room was nice sheets were a little rough. It’s easy to see that it’s an older hotel and has not been updated for a long time, but for the price, the bed was comfortable and the location is perfect.

The tile facing along the side of the bathtub was cracked, and the toilet didn't flush well. The floor felt sticky underfoot next to the small sofa, and there were red stains on the nearby lamp table—it hadn't been cleaned properly.

Hallways and elevator were filthy. Room lacked some common supplies. Breakfast was good.

On the 4th floor facing main road with property lights glaring into the room. The outer curtain did not cover the entire window. Had to improvise with a hair clip to stop the "prison lights" from shining in to get sleep. Overall okay experience with cleanliness of floors could have been better. Older establishment.

After returning from the pool, we discovered that our room door would not open. The only employee working at the hotel couldn’t get it open either—even with the master key. All of our belongings were locked inside. The maintenance worker, who wasn’t even on-site, instructed the front desk employee over the phone to use tools to break into the room. My husband spent a long time trying, but nothing worked. Their next solution? They told us to remove the window screen and climb into our room through the window!! The attached photo shows my husband and the front desk employee attempting this. You’ll also notice the employee’s unprofessional attire. While trying to force the window open, my husband was injured. No one from management or maintenance came to help, and the front desk employee handled the situation with a complete lack of professionalism. We were locked out of our room for an hour and a half with no real assistance or urgency from the hotel. Unfortunately, the room lock wasn’t the only issue. The property was dirty, the hotel reeked of marijuana, dogs were roaming without leashes, the pool and hot tub were filthy, and the breakfast was barely edible. This the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel.

Room was dirty, stayed two nights and they never came in to clean it either. Did get us a crib for our baby, but it came with no sheets. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care much about us when we asked for help and when we checked in, seemed annoyed when I asked for more towels (we had 3 people and only two towels in our room). Got an ok rate on the stay, but wouldn’t stay there again if it meant saving a few bucks.

Friendly 24/7 staff and I enjoyed breakfast selection. I would stay here again!

It’s was okay.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS HOTEL BECAUSE WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED THE CLERK CHECKED US IN THE WRONG ROOM, I LET HER KNOW SO SHE SWITCHED US TO ANOTHER ROOM THAT DID HAVE A KING AND A PULL OUT COUCH. WHEN WE FIRST GOT INTO THIS ROOM THERE WAS A BLACK LINGERIE ON THE FLOOR, THE ROOM FELT DARK AND DINGY. THEN I STARTED INSPECTING THE BED/MATTRESS AND THERE WERE HAIR UNDER THE SHEETS AROUND THE CORNER. I PULLED THE SHEETS BACK MORE AND THE MATTRESS WAS NOT CLEAN IT WAS YELLOW AND HAD STAINS IN THE MIDDLE AND TOWARDS THE BOTTOM. THEN I INSPECTED THE PULL OUT COUCH AND THAT MATTRESS WAS FILTHY WITH STAINS AND PEE MARKS ON IT. WE DID NOT SLEEP IN THE BLANKETS WE SLEPT ON THE TOP OF THE BLANKETS, DURING THE NITE AT 3AM I BEGAN ITCHING AND FOUND THAT THERE WERE BEDBUGS IN THIS BED. I GOT UP AND SLEPT SITTING UP ON THE OTHER CHAIR FROM 3AM - 7AM WHEN I GOT INTO THE SHOWER. I LET THE CLERK KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND SHE NEVER SAID A THING ABOUT THE BEDBUG ISSUE I HAD. I HAVE BIT MARKS ON MY NECK AND 2 ON MY WRIST AND 1 ON MY ANKLE. THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE NITE I HAD.

Tuve muy mala experiencia, ya que no habia luz,la habitación muy pequeña y olia muy mal. El personal muy atento.

Just one thing. Coffee is super important for me, and the coffee they have was super light, barely taste like coffee, I didn’t even drink it. We need a good regular coffee at least
