West Valley Inn

Very outdated. Not very clean. Smelled horrible. Bathroom door was rotted at the bottom and didn’t close.

Won’t stay here again.

The inn wanted $100 deposit, but has not ever returned. I arrived late evening and left in the early next morning after one night. I will file a dispute with Visa to recover the deposit.

I paid for the room with a king size bed and hot tub, but the hot tub jets didn’t work and there was a cover broken that was supposed to cover the hole in the hot tub so there was a screw just randomly hanging out. There was a coffee maker without the actual pot that the dripping coffee is supposed to go into. The ice machine in the same hallway as the room was broken. I guess you get what you pay for, but very disappointed the most about the hot tub jets not working.

The room was dirty and beds too, tv was not working air conditioning was on and off and worst part was full of ants and shower had mold in it.

Was awful I’d never go back. No soap no garbage ANYWHERE. There was ONE staff member who liked hiding behind the counter and wasnt helpful. Spa and pool are CLOSED. A/C was so cold we turned it “off” but it would still not turn off. It did not work we had to unplug. I would never go back to this hotel

Staff was good. Parking was okay air conditioning worked good. The room was not good. Bathroom light kept flickering when the water was on. Toilet paper look like it was already used. It was not a new role. No phone call the desk. The carpets are very dirty, but the bed was comfortable.

Really bad customer service when we walked in, nobody greeted us and the gentleman who was there had poor customer service. The room was not cleaned it seemed like they just give it a quick tidy.

Inside, the elevator was disgusting, something spilled all over the floor and walls. The carpet in the room was very stained. There was blood on the wall behind the bed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Air conditioning was great We didn’t have a fridge or microwave but the other room we got did. It wasn’t horrible .. but I’m a stage in my life where I need a place that don’t smell like smoke throughout the motel , and the sheets made you cringe getting into

This place is not as advertised! The property is ran down and not maintained. One of the housekeepers was standing outside barefoot and smoking. The first room they gave us had ants all over the table and smelt terrible. The second room didn't smell much better but at least the sheets were clean so we decided we could bare it for 1 short night. The pool/hot tub are out of order (that is not made apparent on the booking site) so if you're looking to wind down...don't bother. We didn't even dare to check out the breakfast given the state of the rest of this hotel.

Nothing . Room was dirty, housekeeping knocked and tried to walk in when we had a privacy please sign on our door. Pool was out of service.

Was a comfortable place to sleep before leaving for the airport the next day. Had ample breakfast.

The breakfast was very poor and many basic items were missing. The swimming pool was also out of service, which was very disappointing since it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Overall, the hotel felt dirty and poorly maintained. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail made for an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Very clean room. Good location to shopping places.
