The property was clean and was in a good location. The lady at the front desk was on her phone and seemed bothered that we needed to check in.

Booked a room a year in advance for a concert in Utah. The room was only a king bed but no sofa bed as booked on booking.com so I asked the front desk lady about the room given or should say they lie about what it’s listed on booking.com Do not rent here!

Nothing The first room no fridge go down, she says not all rooms come w it, but she kindly changed us downstairs. The TV doesn't work and no microwave I proceed to call the front desk the phone doesn't work. Walk back to the front desk to tell her and She says again not all rooms have a microwave there's one right here in the front. The room I rented stated it had all those amenities. The water would not fo down in the shower. Showering in sitting water. I've stood at this location several times. This was the worst it's giving run down shelter

Literally nothing, it was living hell The staff, the breakfast, the cleaning, the bathroom light that didn't ever get fixed, the fact that there's no black out curtains, the tv not working, the smell in the hall

checked into the hotel and when we got to our room it was trashed and hadn’t been cleaned and a bunch of stuff in the room. when asked to get a different room we were told we could either move the stuff out or get a one bedroom. the mattresses didn’t even have sheets on them and were brown!

Breakfast was ok but not enough chosen Maybe yogurt Customer service was ban not greeted cause he was on a personal phone call. He got off phone then he set down a pepper & said make & model, We checked in some where around 3-3:30. Left around 5 came back around 6-7:30around that time we tried to turn on, It wouldn’t work so went to the front desk out the window we could see he was taking a break so we went out to our vehicle smoked a cigarette and waiting for him to get off his break. Then we came in and told him we couldn’t get the TV to work if he could come look at our TV so we had a TV to watch instead of nothing and he said that he’ll get with maintenance and see if they will come nobody ever came. We waited a little bit longer than we went down and asked again and he sent a message to the maintenance Paco so he still come then at 11:20 we went up there to see if somebody will look at the TV. You know we’re tired of looking at the four walls we didn’t pay for a room to stay overnight and look at walls and he said well I can’t leave my area but yet he was walking down the hallway, but he couldn’t leave the front. I didn’t understand but whatever at 1:15 AM the phone rings in the motel room and it’s the front desk asking if we still wanted maintenance to come fix our phone wow what courtesy did we get none at all. Then to know I was checking out the motel so that when I go once a month to the Huntsman, then I had a good motel. Then I would stay there again, but I am not gonna stay there again. And all the pictures I just submitted her all behind the nightstand. We had to pull it out to use a plug-in into the wall to plug the phones in so it was gross. Used Band-Aids behind it all over on the floor. It was gross. I would’ve think that the maid should be checking these things at least once a week behind the furniture I used to clean rooms. I know you know no I don’t wanna do that today but you know to get good customer service that’s what you gotta do and sometimes I leave tips, but you never know.

The rooms were dirty, appliances were broken, bathrooms were moldy, lights didnt work, doors didnt lock.

Staff was nice I feel simple cleaning could be better I understand the property is older however simply wiping the walls or trying to shampoo the carpets could help upkeep how dated it feels.

The beds were soft and comfortable, I liked that the toilet and shower was separate from the bathroom vanity The floors were grimy and sticky, and there was bugs in our beds and women’s hair in the sheets.

No microwave in the room. Stains on the bed and carpet including sticky goop on the carpet. No hand soap, just tiny bottles of body wash to use. Night front desk person acted like I was in-convincing him every time I’d talk to him.

The pool was drained, I waited 30 minutes to initially be helped and the hotel was dirty. I do not recommend this property. I left in the middle of the night it was so bad.

The next morning, we found a reddish stain that appeared to be blood on the bathroom towel bar and towel. The hallway ice machine area also had overflowing trash, a dirty, unfinished wall area, and no ice scoop. The room looked very different from the booking photos. We stayed because it was late after an airport pickup, but the cleaning issue was never resolved. I documented the conditions with photos and video and filed a report with the health department. This was a very disappointing stay.

No breakfast but located in the right place to get anything you need and there's a fridge and a microwave in the room and a table of chairs which is awesome! They need to spray for roaches they have a few roaches here!
