Let’s start with I got there snd they gave me a dirty room.. so I got another room that was “clean”…. food on the ground the carpet was crunchy!!! I got charged 2 times tor my stay cuz the girl working was training and that’s all she kept saying was sorry im training….. that is no excuse for taking the money from my bank 2 times and making me wait a week to get refunded…… I went to Walmart and bought a pair of slippers to wear inside my room because I refused to let me feet touch that floor! I would have moved hotels but unfortunately getting charged 2 times took the funds I needed to move….. I took a very planned budgeted trip and it got screwed with this hotel!! Hands down the grossest hotel I have ever been too!!!!!

I booked because it was advertised as a Best Western West Valley Inn. Never again

Went for a work trip, staff were nice, nice area not noisy, only recommendation is to vacuum or change out carpets in the walkway and stairways

The room air conditioning leaked and the bathroom smelled bad. I asked for a new room, and the staff gave it to me. However, they put me in a room with a chair with torn upholstery. The bathroom in the new room smelled better, but the cleanliness was somewhat questionable. The staff did their best, but I don’t blame them for the experience.

I was here for two nights. Can’t ask much for the price I payed. Price was very competitive compared to other hotels. I’ve stayed here before and I like it. Clean room, AC worked and easy check in process. Breakfast is provided but it’s just very minimal like juice, toast, waffles and cereal. It’s free so no complains. Amenities were all under construction. Pool and hot tub drained and unable to use. Gym also unable to use. Staff was alright.

The Valley inn. The room was full of ants, told multiple staff and they said did not have access to fix the problem and rolled their eyes. Had bucket in lobby to catch water from a leaking ceil ing. Never cleaned room and had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Only nice person was a Samoan woman, I apologize for not getting her name.

Run down hotel. People staying there seemed sketchy. Pool was out of order, no refrigerator in room (was told some rooms had them but they take them out when they break), noisy air conditioner, screeching bathroom fan, filthy carpet, banged up walls, ants. Bed was comfortable and linens seemed clean. Front desk guy was nice and helpful and apologized for the state of the hotel. I've stayed in worse and if you're budget is low, you'll likely survive.

No need better selection for breakfast Everything from the cleanliness of the room to the location n Everything in between. Like my mother room her bathroom fan was busted n light bulbs was missing from each room.

The room was not cleaned at all I was put in a dirty room that had dirty socks and underwear on the side of the bed and used condom wrappers and condom in the night stand there was no shower curtain and pee stains all around the toilet and the toilet was clogged food in the fridge and 2pair of glasses by the microwave

The room change was good. The shower leaks causing flooding in the lobby, no mini fridge, door locks broken or won't engage deadbolt.

Gir the mist part ut was okay but the TV is small the rooms are little and no fridge.

Its a nice hotel. The only issue we had was how we had to watch TV
