SpringHill Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City West Valley

The room was clean. No complaints. Great value for the price point!

Very clean and staff were friendly. Good location. Only complaint is our room wouldn’t go below 75 degrees which was a little too warm for us.

Rooms are clean, great size and perfectly located. Parking is easy. Rooms are fairly quiet since it's right next to the freeway.

Very good

The room was very nice, it had great bed and pillows.

Stayed overnight for work. Got my room and the toilet doesnt flush they were friendly to come fix it… later on the i realized the mini fridge didnt work so i just gave up on this place

Breakfast is good and clean environment

Exceptional

Everything was really good

Decent location. Parking is shared with the shopping mall. Traffic noise is very noticable. Many A/C units make a horrendous grinding noise every time they start and stop.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, and rooms were clean.

Breakfast staff was top notch! Also, loaned us the box fan! Xoxo

Great location Nothing

Overall it is a nice place to stay for a short trip. Unfortunately the WiFi in the entire hotel went down mid morning and did not get back online until the following morning almost 24 hours later. I literally had to go to a coffee shop to do some reports that were do because of the WiFi issue. Other than that it was a good stay.

Clean room

Juicy the front desk attendant was soo helpful and I love seeing that welcoming energy!! Definitely one of my highlights, thank you Juicy, you deserve a big raised!!! This hotel is lucky to have someone soo cheerful.

Everything was perfectly fine except for one issue. The shower head was, in fact, a power washer and quite uncomfortable.

Overall the stay was great. My only complaint is the water pressure is terrible and needs to be improved.

Amazing stay, staff was elite!

Everything was good and clean and front desk staff was nice with good communication.
