Great layout for large families and comfortable beds.

Hotel is conveniently located by the mall. Kids enjoyed the pool, was decent for our overnight stay as we were travelling through.

We had a good stay at the Spring Hill Suites. Breakfast was good and the sleep was acceptable. The neighborhood, however, was questionable.

The room was very clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff was very friendly!

Also, the 4th floor elevator didn’t work going down. You had to push up, then go down. ( would have been nice to be told that) Front desk guy at night was so kind and helpful.

Secondly, there were dogs in the room next to us who started barking at about 6am and continued to bark for the next two hours off and on. Not a great way to wake up. Last, breakfast ends sharply at 9am. There were no coffee or water cups left in the lobby. And no cups for water in the workout area. The hotel is very clean but I would choose stay somewhere else next time if given the choice.

Convenient located to shopping and dining. Very unique, nice designed quality room. Friendly front staff. EV charging amenity was a very nice plus - easy plug and play. Pool was popular and felt even more small than it looked. The breakfast spread was good quality. Work out facility was nice appointed and everything worked well. Would definately stay again

Also, not a comfortable mattress. My low back hurt all night and throughout the days I was there and the whole 7 hour drive home.
