Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites West Valley City

Excellent

This was an unexpected stop after changing our camping trip in a wildfire area. It was an amazing gem! So clean. So fresh. Laaaarge room sizes. Awesome breakfast buffet! If we are in town again I will definitely stay longer.

The hotel was nice clean and convenient. Breakfast was amazing. Coffee was a bit weak and staff weren’t very friendly. They would answer your questions just not go beyond that. Pool was great and had it most the night to ourselves. Overall would go back if ever in Utah.

We enjoyed the king suite with giant tub. The water came out hot and was hot almost instantly. The staff was friendly. There were good restaurants near by. We took advantage of the noon checkout. It adjoins the Maverick Center which was perfect.

This place was awesome for me and my boys who came to visit for the weekend. The breakfast was good and had a good variety of things to eat. We loved the hot tub and our room was super clean and had good A/C. They even gave me a little gift basket for booking with them.

Friendly staffs (most of them), clean room, breakfast and parking included. I didn’t like that I can’t ask for more than 3 bath towels at once. I have 5 people in the room and we like 2 towels per person. One towel for dry long hairs and the other for the body.

The room was nice and spacious. We got the king room, so it had a living area off to the side. The bed was soft. The pillows so, so. But no matter we brought our own. Good water pressure. Tub was slippery without the floor mat. That was my fault. Will try to make this our go to hotel. Price was not too bad. The area seems safe. Will be back. The tub had a ring. Similar to a shampoo bottle sitting to long. With a little scrubbing it came off. But no matter i was in the shower anyways.

Property nice, beds were comfortable and the lady at the desk was extremely nice

This is not a flashy hotel but it is clean and well managed. You won’t be disappointed if you are looking for a well priced accommodation located close to restaurants.

From the beginning the staff was amazing and friendly. A real Breakfast, very well served with breads, beagles, cereals, fruits, eggs, meat, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. The room was very clean and spacious. Pool was another plus. Enjoyed every moment.

Great place

There wasn't a waffle or pancake maker (or youngest was disappointed) but a solid buffet.

This place was wonderful. Very attentive and helpful staff. All the amenities you could think of, best continental breakfast i've ever had, clean and spacious rooms and good rates. I cant think of anything negative about this place. Thanks for the great stay!
