Very nice room; an and good breakfast selection. Trax station just around the corner made it easy to get downtown.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The pull out couch is a twin size but was a good size for my 4 year old but definitely not comfortable enough for an adult. But the main bed was so comfy! The water park was the star and my kids had so much fun! They are 1.5 and 4 and there was enough to keep them entertained and happy for several hours. The hot tub was so nice but the water in the main pool was chilly and we had to keep warming up in the hot tub. That is my only complaint! Seriously, the stay was lovely! And the breakfast was a great bonus. Easily would have cost $50 at a restaurant!

Nice room and clean

Good location, clean, dog friendly and nice staff. If I have to be picky I would say the bathroom was a bit small and the toilet was super low.

Everything about this property was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was a good mix of options. We had to do laundry and the facilities were clean and affordable, as in free. I expected to pay for laundry. I really enjoyed our stay, with 1 exception. Our room was facing the highway and we could hear highway noise most of the night. I would recommend asking for a room that faces the back.

Very nice! The staff was great, service was excellent. Breakfast was good with something for everyone and the protein was different each morning. Special thank you to the maintenance team for turning on the water to the little slides when it was just me and my two kids at the pool one afternoon. They really made our day!

The breakfast were just terrific. They had so many different varieties and then Monday Tuesday Wednesday. They had a happy hour and the pulled pork on Wednesday night was to die for with tortillas. We had E bikes on the back of our GMC and the day before we left very early in the morning. Someone had cut the cables so there is a police report on it and just as a caution could use more security cameras and do way with the passes in the front window so people don’t know when your last day is there other than that it was terrific just a freak thing

Everything was great. The breakfast was good and things were clean.

The front desk staff was great along with the room and bed! The shared waterpark is downright dangerous with the lack of supervision older kids were running, shoving and elbowing younger kids to get around them in the line for the waterslide. The attendant took extended breaks each hour which created more tension with the added down time and when he was present he rarely raised his head and looked away from his cellphone. This stay was purely for my son to enjoy a waterpark out of the intense heat and his dream quickly changed to a nightmare. Lastly, the breakfast runs until 10:30am which we had arrived at 9:45 am and the entire condiment bar was empty(salsa, cheese, etc). Two of the four juice selections were empty. Half of the selection of breads were gone and 3/4 of the muffin selections. The jelly containers were all sticky and so many other things I couldn't tell what was clean and what wasn't. There had been a huge spill in front of the beverage area that had just been left so the floor was all sticky. Not sure if the shared Holiday inn is and better with the breakfast but you'll surely encounter the same pool issues either hotel.
