The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable!

Super close to the Maverick Arena

Nice and clean

There were issues with the plumbing trim, the shower curtain was installed incorrectly and wouldn't close, and some folks were smoking and you could smell it and front desk staff didn't seem that concerned. But the biggest thing was that there was an uneven curve (probably wheelchair access) by the sidewalk right out front of the building that I tripped over and went flying. The only reason I didn't end up more hurt, was that the corner of the outside of the building stopped my fall. It could have been very bad. I shared all of this with the front desk and there was no interest. If it had been me I would have asked to see where I tripped.

Only detraction for my particular stay was that other guests kept on slamming doors when they left their rooms, but this isn't really the hotel's fault. For the price and location, this place is really quite good.

Clean room

Very nice room for family to stay.

Location was good. The advantage of having a kitchen is awesome when you are traveling with kiddos.

The dead bolt didn't work. And there was toilet paper stuffed in the peep hole. So we felt slightly unsafe.

This place was very accommodating and staff was great. I just think the breakfast space was very small. There was a bus in parking lot with a lot of travelers and they overtook the whole space. They were not friendly and we left to go get breakfast elsewhere. Not hotel’s fault but if the room was bigger it would have been nicer for the size of the crowd. We will book again for sure.

Good size room

I stayed here last year and had a better experience this year with check in and the staff at the front desk. Everything was good. Would stay here again.

Front desk lacked friendliness and when it came time to check out for an early flight there was no staff present! This is basically a Super 8/Mofel 6 with a kitchenette!

Glad we discovered My Place hotels. This was our second stay in a different city and they’re definitely more affordable than many other choices. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
