Horrible room. Stained mattresses and dirty sheets. Doesn't look like anything was cleaned or changed from the previous people, looks like they just folded the beds and towels. Pool was very busy but was clean. Staff at front desk were not helpful with anything. Save your money do not come here!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Thd best Breakfast we’ve had at any hotels we have stayed at. Wide selection of food to enjoy. Delicious coffee. Helpful staff when asked to share for directions to the airport. Everything was fine.

Clean surroundings, room and bathroom exceptionally clean. Coming from out of town, it was very difficult for us to find the property. Not familiar with the area and it took us about an hour to finally locate it. We had stayed at the Country Inn And Suites several years ago and thought from the Decker address, that the address of Holiday Inn express was located closer to that property. Slot of changes in the area since our last visit. Need another sign retro thst is more visible to find one looking for your property. The one on the building is not easy to see when you are the driver!!!!!

The kiddie area in the pool was fun for our littles. The staff was very kind and helpful. There was blood on the wall in our room and after someone on staff allegedly came to our room to clean it, it still wasn't cleaned off. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. Our key cards kept deactivating which was quite inconvenient when you're not on the first floor and have little kids to juggle while running down to the lobby to get it sorted out.

The bed and pillows were amazing. The way the staff acted when I tried to check in at 2 pm, which I had messaged ahead weeks in advance to confirm. They were very rude and we couldn't check in for another hour. Also, I feel that the staff should place people on floors, or next to, other guests of the same family dynamic. My husband and I were woken up at 6 am by screaming children running up and down the hallways. Maybe put families with young children on the bottom floor? The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Maybe just some staff retraining when it comes to customer service.
