Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites West Valley by IHG

We really enjoy this hotel with our kids. The swimming are is great it has a giant slide they love to go on while we sit in the hot tub. The breakfast is great and the staff keeps it constantly fresh. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need.

Dated rooms, room key system didn’t work correctly every time. The key card into the pool only worked once every 5-10 times

Great place to stay with kids!

Breakfast and water park. Facility/common area was very clean. Hole in sheet, busted toiletry holder in the shower; anti slip mat in bath did not suction properly. No coffee maker or cups. Spider hiding in our hand towel. Daughter could not get hair dryer to work (could be user error).

Breakfast and quiet rooms. Nothing negative.

Clean good breakfast friendly staff

We had two stays at the hotel over the span of a week. The room was very nice and the service was excellent. The breakfasts were also very good. We stayed at 4 other hotels on our trip through West Valley to visit family and this was the best of the hotels we stayed at on the trip. When we go back to visit family in West Valley we will be staying at this hotel again for sure.

Rooms were clean but hotel can use some updates.

I personally enjoy the jacuzzi at night.

We have stayed there twice now. Once without kids and this past time we had kids. The pool area is a great bonus! We spent several hours down there. Super clean. The kids lived their best lives. Gives a safe place vibe. Of course, you still have to be smart. We will be staying their again. My husband and I will be booking here again. Booking. I found this place on ""bringfido.com. I booked the room on that and read the pet policy and was prepared and knew the rules as stated on the site. We ended up not having to bring our dog. So I left a message on the website in the "booking.com" app special notes. "I will be traveling with two wll behaved dogs" Thank goodness I called a few days before and wanted to cancel that part of our reservation. The front desk said that It wasn't even saying on my reservation that it included my dogs. So that could have been better. I know that things could have gotten messy if I got there with dogs and no dog rooms would be available. Anyhow. It all worked out.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived and then after checking in the room smelled musty and the carpet still had food on it. There was also a coffee stain on the sheets of one of the beds

Everything was clean.. The pool was nice, staff were very friendly and helpful..5 stars..

The water park was perfect for the kids. The whole family had a blast. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The bathroom shower did seem like it was getting moldy or just not entirely clean. Everything else was great though.

The place was excellent Cleanliness

Our stay was good but I called the hotel 2 days before our visit to add 1 more night on to one of our rooms(we had reserved 6) for the night before. The clerk at the desk said she had completed the task and it was reserved. When my daughter got there that night at 11:00 pm she was told we did not have the reservation and that they had no more rooms. I called to see what had appended to the reservation I made. They said that they couldn’t make that reservation because we had originally reserved the room through Hotels.com. I told them they needed to train their clerks better. If that was not allowed why was I told it had been done? They were very kind when we did check in trying to make up for their error.

The staff were professional, nice and always on top of their game. The property and room was maintained very well. I always enjoy staying at this hotel l. Thank you.
