First room smelled bad. I was by moved to a different room with no issues. Hotel is tired. Needs a refresh. A guest ordered outside food. They allowed the delivery person to go directly to the room. I have always believe that a delivery person leaves the meal at the front desk. Then the front desk calls their guest and they come to the front desk to pick up their food. That’s the best and safest way to handle deliveries.

The indoor water park was the highlight of our stay. It is the perfect size for families with young children because the water is not too deep, making it feel much safer than many hotel pools. There is also a nice, large hot tub, and a pool attendant was present during our visit, which added an extra sense of safety. The fitness center was another pleasant surprise. It is much larger than the average hotel gym and is open 24 hours a day. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, there were plenty of towels available, and a water fountain was conveniently located inside the gym. The hotel itself is newer, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Parking was plentiful and conveniently located close to the entrance, and the hotel is easy to find with many restaurants and food options nearby. Breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold choices. The Costa coffee was excellent, and the coffee machines made it easy to enjoy a fresh cup. I also appreciated that complimentary coffee was available throughout the day. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the housekeeping and janitorial staff, was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families. We would gladly stay here again. There were only a few minor issues during our stay. The room did not pass the "under-the-bed test," as there was a noticeable buildup of dust underneath the beds that had been missed during cleaning. The pool towels were quite small, so larger towels would have been appreciated. The gym was also a bit warm while exercising, and cooler air would have made workouts more comfortable. Finally, the steps leading up to the large tube slide are beginning to show some wear and could use a little maintenance.

The only thing I didnt like was the price. It was a little steep but it was decent because I booked really late compared to our event. I would've like to be able to have some drinks near the pool but other than that it was fine.

Everything was great about our room. The room was clean and the bathroom was well stocked. The breakfast was actually pretty good which is rare for a hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Th stay overall was amazing, the front staff super friendly and helpful! Very detailed on check in process, parking and pool hours and breakfast hours. They definitley keep you informed. The rooms were nice and clean & spacious, we had a mini kitchen, ice chest, microwave mini fridge and the space is seperate from the actual room. The pool was amazing, clean, and there was a lifeguard on duty for the little ones just in case they ran off. Theya also have a big slide thats wonderful! Breakfast was the works there was everything, pancakes, eggs, granola juice coffe the works. Breakfast staff super helpful and effeciant!!!! Great stay that is why we keep coming back! The parking lot does get packed so once you park dont leave unless you want to park a little ways away! Other than that we had no issues whatsover with our stay at all.

They have good brand hygiene body wash, shampoo and Lotion compared to unknown brands. They have the latest pancake making device and superb enough breakfast . I have always preferred Holiday Inn but this particular one has Excellent Management team.

The staff was amazing though very helpful and friendly.

Really enjoyed the Grins and Fins Swimming Pool and kids play area We also like the location, close to the public transit system and a nice assortment of restaurants near by.
