Easy to work with love yall guys

Great experience, room was nice, breakfast was good, pool was nice

Staff was helpful; only problem was the TV only had about 15 channels available; staff said it would be addressed during the week, but it never was fixed during my whole stay.

There was a really nasty smell in our room. It smelled like someone peed the bed or sofa and they use freshener trying to cover it. Horrible!!!

Very nice hotel for the price, good breakfast assortment, my only complaint is that the indoor pool was too cold to swim in during September

Tout était très bien. J'avais choisi cet hébergement entre autre pour la piscine mais, l'eau était tellement froide qu'on en a pas profité finalement.

Check in staff was very personable. The bed was comfortable and I liked having a couch in the room. The shower was not very warm. The carpet needed cleaning and the freezer need to be defrosted, the refrigerator froze some of my food.

Pretty great ngl loved my room. Little creepy in the lobby and the breakfast lacked variety but otherwise the stay was great.

Construction crews next to hotel started at 7am. That stupid backing up noise waked us up both mornings. Nothing the hotel can do, but if you want to sleep past 7am...

Room size was great, and cleanliness was on point. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Besides poor and limited choices, the trays were empty, and staff had to be asked to bring in simple things like water or milk both days of our stay. It was pouring rain, and they didn't have umbrellas to borrow to get to our car, parked behind the hotel. When I suggested maybe doing this for the next customer, I got a rude response: " We don't have it"

Hotel was ok for the time needed. Room was clean but one of the drawers was dirty and appear to have mold. Bathroom sink drainage stopper was broken. You have to pull out the drain plug just to drain the sink which was annoying. Breakfast was ok. Just sausage and eggs. Have fruits and a waffle maker and pastry. Easily find parking at the property.

Won't stay there again

Property was being cleaned along with construction during our stay.

The bed was clean and very comfortable. We slept great!!! Since we were there for three days housekeeping did not come every day with clean towels. We had to go to the lobby and request more towels.
