Costumer service and all staff in general are great

Nice place overall, pool and breakfast make for a nice stay.

Everything was great. Breakfast variety, Comfortable beds, Great service. Convenient parking. Front desk occupied 24/7.

Overall, we had a good stay. However, our reservation was for three guests, but the room was prepared for only two people. We had to go to the front desk three times to request extra bedding and towels. Other than that, everything was great.

Room was dirty bedding and pillows smelled of sweat, back of bed dirty with hair and all sorts of gross stuff. Air conditioning unit had wires sticking out of the bottom. Fridge and freezer dirty. I will not be booking again with them.

The only reason I'm not giving it a full five stars is because there was no warning about the security deposit. It was approximately $250, which was more than the cost of my stay, so it came as an unexpected surprise. Before settling into the room, I noticed the sink was cracked and immediately notified the front desk so I wouldn't be held responsible. The staff was very friendly and appreciated me letting them know. The pool looked very nice, although I unfortunately didn't have time to use it. Overall, the property was clean, well maintained, and I had a great experience.

Bad smell, it’s terrible

The rooms were terribly worn. Many things, shower rod, curtains, sofa, closet door, towel shelf were broken. The floors looked dirty. The sofa cushions were torn. The first room they put us in had no working AC. The second rooms smelled of bleach. The front desk worker was sleeping almost the entire time we were there. We needed to get an early start but breakfast did not start until 7:00 so we were delayed. I would never again stay at this property

Was there for a lacrosse tournament in the summer and none of the ice machines were working. This is also the second time we stayed in this hotel (played same tournament last summer) and both times the bathroom in the lobby was disgustingly clogged without proper signage. Gross.

Very average place to stay!

Forksand spoons were terrible. Better plastic utensils.

Room is clean and neat. Breakfast is good

The first morning it was fine but the second morning it was lacking most of everything. There wasn’t even plates and only bold coffee and no eggs and only 1 piece of bread and one English muffin. This was at quarter after nine so this wasn’t good The coffee cups are way too small now so if leaving have to make two to go instead of one so that wasn’t a good change on the motel’s decision

The property is in a dreadful location. There is nothing of interest nearby. The breakfast was okay, but the persons attending it let the coffee run out. And the granola wasn’t there the first day. One ice machine was broken. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nothing The room was not fully clean, the AC wasn’t working, bathroom was dirty and people running all night in the hallway. Me and my family couldn’t sleep at all. The phone service in the room was not working and we called the for service and they didn’t answer.

The place was filthy and not maintained.

Good for a couple nights. Staff were helpful!

Clean room with friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast.
