Extended Stay America Suites Providence  West Warwick

I have stayed at better extended stayed motels. We arrived in the pouring rain and there was no portico to drive under to unload and the parking lot was full near the main entrance. We got a studio with a kitchen as we like to cook our own meals. We had to come back to the front desk to collect pots and pans, plates, silverware, etc. we got a one time use dishwashing packet, no sponge, just a washcloth and one dish towel. No dish drying rack. No paper towels. The bathtub/shower had no shelves to put your shampoo or soap. A tiny bar of soap and a tiny container of shampoo was provided. No nightlight in the bathroom and no hair dryer that I could find. There was a table to eat at, but only one chair was provided so the other person had to eat on their lap or on the bed. Just poor design all the way around. Probably would not stay here again.

The room had an unbearable odor, and the noise from upstairs was extremely loud, especially around 1:00 AM. We could barely rest. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night while passing through. I’m extremely disappointed because I’ve stayed at other Extended Stay America locations and had very pleasant experiences. Sadly, this location did not meet my expectations at all.

Rooms were nice overall Hallway smells awful, bed super uncomfortable, bathroom fan extremely loud, had to forced door to close. Over priced to deal with these issues.

Breakfast was a joke. A cup of coffee and a granola bar!

Staff were friendly, there were lots of parking and location was in a convenient spot close to the mall and other shopping locations.

The hotel is a bare bones extended stay hotel. There's very little in the room itself. If you need a blow dryer, blanket, etc.... you need to go to the front desk. There's no health club and a very limited "Grab & Go" breakfast (instant oatmeal/granola bars). It is convenient to I95 though.

It was clean quiet and comfortable. Price was good. We often stay here when we come up to the beaches and can’t face the drive home.

I like everything was very comfortable for my two weeks stay. Had everything i need clean towels clean sheets ect. Only thing missing was,a full length mirror. I will for sure be back next yr. I've found a great clean friendly hotel for my 2 week visits to my homeland. Thank u 💓

I reserved 3 rooms, they only gave me 2, and did not refund the money, they said I have to request it to Booking.com

Clean rooms and friendly staff. However, very overpriced for what you get. Few amenities. No coffee machines in the rooms. “Includes breakfast” is a gross overstatement. It was just prepackaged low quality muffins and coffee.
