Springhill Suites by Marriott Warwick

The property was very nice The general manager Sara!! Of all my years in customer service businesses I have never experienced someone as difficult as her. She has no sense of empathy for a misunderstanding and wouldn’t listen to me to help resolve the booking.com issue.

Close to airport. Clean. Staff was great.

Would never recommend anyone to stay here

Breakfast area gets a bit clustery in the am, but all in all a great place to stay.

Breakfast was GREAT! CLEAN AND QUIET

rooms over pool on 2nd floor, too much chlorine smell. Developed a head ace, had to switch rooms

Lots of space in the room. The beds were very comfortable! All was great. Just wish there was bedding included in the room for our 5th person on the couch. We just had to ask the front desk. Not a big deal! Everyone was extremely comfortable.

The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and handicapped accessible the food served for breakfast was plentiful but only PORK BACON and PORK Sausage and we do not eat PORK

Breakfast 8:30 am ran out of eggs and sausage. People were still coming into dining area . It was an hour before breakfast was to stop. When asked , was told they ran out.

The room was clean, nice gym. Pretty much everything. Rooms don't have enough light, toilet room door does not lock, uncomfortable bed,

Hotel staff at check-in was incredibly kind and helpful. Otherwise hotel is exactly what you'd expect, decent breakfast!

Room was what you expect from a Marriott. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast is nice too and complimentary.

Everything was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Only thing is that when we went to use the pool at 9 it was being cleaned and we had to wait or we had to leave. The pool was set to olen at 7 so when i went at 9 i had the impression it was already clean

I liked the staff. They were very accommodating when my room turned out to be a mess. I really appreciate the helped we received from Felicia at the front desk. The accommodations are old, and worn out. The hotel needs an update. The second floor smells like mildew. There is a lot of wear and tear.

This is a fine place, and the breakfast is solid and appreciated. There are signs of wear and tear, but nothing horrific. Breakfast is noisy and crowded. Highway noise is noticeable.

The bed was SO comfy, the TV worked, the shower water had so much water pressure, and the fridge was already plugged in and cold! The shower drain was a little rusty, so I couldn't take a bath

Trash thrown everywhere outside. Dirty floors, broken dispensers in our bathroom. No luggage carts available, terrible elevators, mats that were worn and could easily cause trips on the floors, unfriendly staff. Shall I go on?

Passable
