Room smelled horrible, I wanted to check out the day. Breakfast was mediocre. They ran out of plates and utensils. Just not a good experience

Honestly two very different experiences. Went there on a Sunday night and a Thursday night of the same week. Pit stop up to Maine. Sunday night was.. sketchy. Kids in the pool unsupervised (for hours btw), weird guys watching people swim, random spills on the floors that looked liked blood but was probably... Juice? Breakfast was not great. Eggs were way overcooked, sausage was bad. Waffle maches weren't working. Just... Not great. Thursday night was.. surprising better! No unsupervised kids in the pool. No creepy guys watching people swim. No random spills on the flood. Same staff at the front counter but noticed not the same housekeeping or breakfast people. This staff seemed way more on top of it. Towels were stocked in the pool area and breakfast was actually pretty good. Kudos to whoever runs the place Thursday nights because it is a completely different hotel on Sunday nights. I would not book this place again on a Sunday night.. maybe a Thursday night.

The room was a great size. I liked having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The fitness center was good. I used it every morning. It was nice having breakfast included. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was a little soft to our liking.

It needs to be remodeled. Old and “dingy”.

This is a great location, near the interstate making it very easy for travel.

The pool and hot tub were delightful after a cold rainy day. The location put us close to the airport as well as several great places in Newport and Jamestown.

Staff was great, breakfast options are good. Coffee is available all day which is great. Rooms can be better lit and kept.

Good price, easy check-in, there was some confusion about checkout time (it’s 11 AM) front desk was super helpful giving us some extra time in the pool. Trundle bed was perfect for 9yo and 12yo boys.

My stay was excellent. They have the best staff—from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone is very attentive. The breakfast is delicious; they offer so many great options for a tasty meal. The person who prepares the breakfast is magnificent; I felt like I was dining in a restaurant while enjoying my wonderful breakfast. I will definitely be back.
