The rooms were clean and the room set-up was as expected. The bathroom and shower were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and there were plenty of options. The pool was clean and the grandchildren loved it!

We only stayed one night but wished it was longer. We had a large room with 2 queens, sleeper sofa, large refrigerator/kitchenette/microwave/coffee pot. Beds were adequate and the sleeper sofa was pretty comfy. The kids used the pool and breakfast set up was great. The staff was friendly and personable. We were walking distance from all the shops. The kitchenette wasn't stocked with anything except a plastic bowl, which was fine since we didn't need anything. Other kitchen supplies may have been available upon request but we didn't ask. We had a great stay and would recommend it to other families. We have 4 kids and they enjoyed swimming and playing games at the dinette table in our room.

I would suggest to change the carpets in the hallways to get rid of the smell. The room was a little bit outdated, but was very clean well maintained.

The hotel is old. The elevator is squeaking. Room door squeaked too. Compare with the room rate as $400+. It is a bit too high. Maybe it was at the peak of season.

Location. Hotel was dirty and too noisy. What requested a room via booking.com away from elevator and ice machine. Staff put us right next to the elevator and ice machine. Breakfast was tasteless.

We did not have housekeeping come in during our stay and just requested what was needed. We kept the Do Not Disturb on the door but had an incident, while on an important phone call, where housekeeping tried to come into the room even with the sign on the door. Did not appreciate that.

Great hotel near yellowstone west entrance! Breakfast was the same every morning but still ok.
