Great price and great place to stay!

Parking was on the street, 1st come gets closest. The door key and door was a little hard to open. Needed a hard push or kick after turning key (hard if hands are full). No ice machine, need to get it from the front desk. TV controler and was not in good condition

The wifi doesn’t work. The motel has two floors, we stayed at the bottom floor. We can here footsteps and shower noise from upstairs neighbor. We were unable to rest and sleep comfortably in our room. The towels were still damp. It wasn’t a relaxing stay.

Friendly staff. Clean and big room. Great location.

Place was clean and quit, looks like they are doing some upgrades. The pizza bar around the corner was awesome. It was also close to all the stuff on the west side of Yellowstone like old faithful

The place was clean and staff was polite.

I liked that we were close to the park entrance. The room was reasonably clean. My family and I were very unhappy to find there was no fridge, no ice machine, and no microwave. We had to go track down a toaster oven at the limited selection for items like that in West Yellowstone. The woman that checked us in was kinda rude and abrasive. We won't be staying there again.

There was no refrigerator or microwave, no ice machine. The area was not very clean and the desk clerk was not customer friendly.
-
The clerk at the front desk was awful very rude. Our TV would not work I called the front desk 1 person came to our room to try to fix it but it didn't happen I called again and she told me "unfortunately there is nothing I can do" and hung up on me. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

TV would work on and off, dining table was wobbly. You can hear very loudly the next room shower faucet being turned on, it will wake you up. Tub had no drain plug. No closet, just a small mounted rack with a few hangers. There is at least one parking spot available everytime we came back at night. We had a Do Not Disturb sign out and this cleaning guy knocked so loudly at 9 am to ask if we’re checking out! The old lady at the front desk looked mean but she was actually nice and funny and gives detailed information. For the rate they charge, the room should have at least a small microwave and a coffee maker.
-
There is no refrigerator in the room.

Parking good

The lady who helped us was absolutely wonderful! I would not stay there again for $280 /night. It is more like $100 night hotel. I understand that it is right next to Yellowstone Park but $280 is a little excessive for what you get

Overall a good experience but had an issue when calling the hotel and they kept hanging up.
