Overall, the place wasn't clean, and the breakfast staff was unfriendly.

Three Bears Lodge was great! Clean, comfortable, spacious, wonderful buffet breakfast and there are delicious cookies at the front desk throughout the day! Staff are pleasant! And it seems that most hotels/motels I stay at, the bathrooms are dark. Not this one! Very bright lights so I could actually see to put on my makeup-lol! Our room wasn't inside the lodge, we were inside the motel section.

Everyone was so helpful very quick Service great continental breakfast and clean rooms
-
great location and a wonderful breakfast .
-
Great little old motel. Free breakfast was fantastic!

The staff at the hotel and restaurant were very nice and the food was good. It is an older lodge so you have to haul your luggage up stairs and you can hear people walking above you. For the price compared to the cost and craziness of Jackson it was well worth it.

We stayed at Three Bear Lodge for 6 nights. Our overall experience was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we received fresh towels each day. Housekeeping did a very good job. The hotel offers free coffee and cookies in the lobby all day, which was a nice touch. The rooms include a breakfast buffet that provided a variety of choices, and was very good. The location was very convenient to all of the touristy shops and restaurants, and very close to the Yellowstone Park entrance. This was a very good choice for us.

The room was quiet. Bed was good. Restaurant was wonderful. And there were free cookies at the registration desk.

We finished our trip to Yellowstone NP in West Yellowstone at The Three Bears Lodge. It was perfect accommodations for our last night and for flying out the next day on a red eye. The pool/hot tub is just what our kids needed after a lot of walking in the park for 4 days. The provided breakfast buffet was perfect the next morning and a 11am check allowed us to stick around for awhile and not have to rush out when we had all day until our flight out of SLC. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner the night we checked in - it was a great home-cooked hearty style dinner. We had the pleasure of having 6 7 Kevin as our waiter - that was quite the treat! The ladies at the front desk were excellent in giving us recommendations on how to fill our day as we headed down to SLC to fly home. Oh and the fresh cookies provided at check-in was a nice treat! We would stay there again!

We booked for two nights at this place. The problem is- when you book through expedia you will get a motel unit which is like 20yr old or more. The Lodge however is very good but they dont give them when you book through Expedia. Chatted with expedia they said they would call the property so the staff agreed and cancel the other night as we used the restrooms for that day. The staff was very good hence 5 stars for that. But it is misleading stay here if you get the lodge not the motel unit. Simple. Their buffet breakfast was a steal though. So they are not totally terrible but my experience was misleading and terrible. Hence i am explaining it here.
