Small older hotel that was a good stay for the price. I was able to book the day before we needed it at a reasonable price for West Yellowstone. Room was clean and smelled really nice but had no amenities other than hand soap and shower gel. No hair dryer, coffee pot, or shampoo but we had all that with us. No usb ports but we had a cubes. Parking is very tight. We were in a large pickup truck and parked in a spot on the street right in front of hotel. Would stay here again for the price. Nothing opens in West Yellowstone until 7:00 am. Found one gas station open at 6:30 am to get ice. The Conoco.

The room was very old and need some up dating otherwise it was fine
-
The good thing about this was that it was downtown. Other than that, would not return.

Friendly front stuff, Room is clean, but the bed is very uncomfortable
-
Shopping was convenient, very close to Yellowstone national park.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Our room had 3 beds, with one bed a little bit separated from the other two beds. A good size room for our family of 5. Air conditioning worked. Had mini fridge, microwave and table with two chairs. Close to downtown.

the stuff was very kind and solved our booking issues. the facility was nice too!

Didn’t like anything from staff to hotel room stinky smelly rooms
-
Its close to everything including the entrance to Yellowstone Park.

Very nice and clean. I loved it

Room stank of industrial strength chemicals. The awfully strong smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. There was no fresh air in the room, just a very strong ever-present stink of very strong chemicals. Even thoughout the night, every time we woke up, we would immediately notice the strong stench of industrial-strength chemicals. No way to get rid off it. Even an open window does not help. Will never stay there again. And fortunately, neither of us suffer from asthma or any allergies.

Big room but needs some TLC. Shower and toilet were very low.

If you are looking for a very functional hotel that is clean, beds that are very comfortable, good price point, and close to the Yellowstone West entrance, this hotel is perfect. The hotel is about 2 minutes drive time to Yellowstone’s entrance.

Light didn't work in main part of room, shower was lukewarm at best, visible gaps around door, only basic service Direct TV no option to even sign into my own streaming service

When checking in, the receptionist was on his cell phone when checking us in and wasn’t very nice. Someone set our car alarm off at 1am. There were a lot of comings and going all night and you could hear all of it from the room. There is no fridge or microwave or breakfast or any other amenities you would normally get in a hotel.
