Even though I asked to fix the problem, they did not show any proper action to solve it. Frankly speaking, I was not totally satisfied with both its facility and its service.

Parking is tight. Hotel room was ok clean as far as beds go. Bathroom door was absolutely disgusting covered in a layer of sticky grime. It’s beige so very easy to see all the dirt all over it. Microwave & fridge provided. Ample charging outlets. Small table with 2 chairs in room. No pool. Breakfast was outrageously priced at $15/person. Ice machine outside. TV never worked. Couldn’t turn it on. Very run down looking property and outdated. Only in this hotel for 1 night but it’s very convenient location wise. Crazy high hotel price for this place imo. Must legit be just location based.

The room had 1 functioning light bulb, the carpet looked dirty and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. However, with as expensive as most places near Yellowstone are, the price offsets the room.

clean and friendly staff

Nice place close to the entrance of Yellowstone. Clean and comfy.

+ Good-size shower. - No sound privacy. Can hear everything happening out front. . No elevators. + Nice staff. - No ice machine. - Lobby doesn't open til 7am. Where do I drop off the key? Obviously I needa beat the crowded traffic going in to Yellowstone well before 7am. I ran around the building. Didn't see any key dropoff box. sigh - Cramped parking. + Close to West Yellowstone entrance. - Extortionate. . But I guess that's the price for booking near Yellowstone entrance last-min. And yet that entrance is sooo crowded both entering in the morning and exiting in the evening. Almost hr wait each time. Dx

The hotel needs some updates. Rooms were old and outdated. The smell of the air freshener put me in an asthma attack. We left the door open for several hours to air it out. Outdoor seating was dilapidated. If you only need a place to sleep for a few hours it will suffice. Would not go back.

Heating / air conditioning was great as was the in-room refrigerator.

Convenient Ice machine. Convenient to downtown shops/restaurants Nice bathroom facilities Had a fox walk through the P/L: Cool! Didn't even see that in Yellowstone! Parking lot required backing out to the street to turn around. Minor inconvenience. One cement floating step to upstairs was broken, angled slightly downward. Honestly, it's a trip hazard. (consistency of steps; height, size, is a big contributor to trip and fall claims liability)

Uncleaned room. Had issues with door knob. Choose another hotel or go to big sky resort which is a hour from this site, you won’t regret and you you will have better experience
