nice hotel but little expensive. Location is very convenient to Yellowstone West entrance. Breakfast was good but not covered in hotel charges. It is additional. Also, hotel charged 15$/night as additional resort fee - cookies, ice-cream, coffee, and a game room was reason this additional charge. I doubt every person use these amenities, so this is kind of unnecessary hidden charges that Las Vegas resorts have been doing it for a few years.

Game room and indoor pool with movie screen were a hit with our 7 and 10 year olds!

Family friendly , kids like the amenities and breakfast is good

Clean room, nice staff, pet-friendly, nice free snacks (they provide free ice cream!) and drinks

Everything about the hotel was great except the front desk staff. We found they were very reluctant to do anything from ringing up charges to printing receipts. They did not want to get off their phones to do anything from ringing work.
-
Close to the West entrance and walkable for nearby coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

Real nice staff, good location, over a great stay...

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the small conveniences they offered.

Only one washing machine is working, the other one was broken. The play stations in the game room were also broken.

Clean rooms, friendly staff

The lobby offered complimentary coffee, tea, freshly baked cookies, and ice cream, which made the stay feel especially welcoming. We also appreciated the free laundry room, which was incredibly convenient. Detergent was available for just $1, making it easy and affordable to do laundry during our stay. Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the extra amenities made the experience even better.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone was great. We had a 1 bedroom suite which had a kitchenette and it was perfect. The whole place was very clean and the staff all very friendly. The laundry facilities were free to use and if you didn’t bring detergent they had some. The attached restaurant had a very nice bar and the food was good. It was nice to be able to just walk downstairs and into the bar after a long day in the park. The only thing to note is that the kitchenette was not stocked with any silverware, plates or even paper towels. So that made meal prep in the suite a little challenging. But we will definitely stay there again.
