Holiday Inn West Yellowstone by IHG.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Fresh coffee and homemade cookies were in the lobby all day and evening. The location of the property was convenient to the park and other restaurants. We would stay at this property again.

The property was convenient to the park and had many great amenities for my family. The game room could use some maintenance and updates, but it's free.

Probably the best place to stay at West Yellowstone with good breakfast, nice, safe, clean and quiet place, friendly staff.

Elevator in our area was out of service for 2 days. Overall a good hotel, comfortable, good location. Price overall is hihh especially considering no breakfast of any type was included. Not sure all considered justifies the price paid. (Roughly $400 per night).

West Yellowstone is apparently one of the better side to stay on. The Holiday in was close to the entrance of the park, clean, and located close to many places to eat. Everything was clean. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Would stay here again

Room service does not change sheets are clean properly . No ordinance after 10 pm . They have are low in staff .

Staff does not make bed if you are staying for more than 1 night. Other than that it was good

We stayed here for our anniversary trip to Yellowstone National Park. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel was located right outside the parks west entrance, which made it very convenient when getting up early each morning to get into the park. We got the jetted tube king room and I was not disappointed one bit. The bed was comfortable, with the room being very comfortable. We had the jetted tub for those long days in yellowstone walking alot, which felt fabulous and fit both me and my husband whom our on the "cubbier' side. The room was located on the main strip, with many restaurants and shops located within walking distance. There were plenty of gas stations so you didn't have to pay in the park for gas. I will say there lacked things to do in the city however we were there for the park so it wasn't a huge deal for us. The hotel added an extra charge of $15 to help supply there unlimited cookies, ice cream bars, and coffee/tea each day. This didn't bother me even though we only had one night of "ice cream" but we utilized the coffee each morning on our way out. The staff was very nice and helpful each time I needed something. Our room was very convient right by a side door where we could get in and out easily but not so close were we had to hear the traffic each night. We utilized the ice machine each day for our small cooler so that we could have drinks and sandwiches while in the park so we didn't have to wait in lines and take up our exploration time.

I got bitten by bugs in bed while sleeping, and after checking out, my body is itching a lot, which isn't pleasant.

Ample parking especially for those with large vehicles/trailers. Room had a very strong bleach smell for the first day or so but otherwise room wasn't too bad. Has multiple usb and usb-c ports in the room. Fridge/microwave included

The room/hallway smelled like cigarettes but everything else was good!

Great location, easy access to Yellowstone. Hot jacuzzi and the indoor pool was popular at 10pm at night. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby including hot water but no room temperature or ice water. Extremely friendly staff, breakfast selections and quality superb. Just wish the breakfast opens a bit earlier than 6:30am especially when in a rush to catch animals at sunrise (in August).

Most of the staff are nice and helpful except for one who didn’t like probably my curiosity to learn more about the area and hotel services. The location is also very good. The noise comes from every corner to the room. The ceiling shakes with every movement from the upper floors. The laundry room is just opposite the room doors which are not isolated and a lot of people and staff gather to use the facility. The room doors themselves are designed to make the loudest noise slammed by their weird closing mechanism, you can hear that around the clock. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay especially if what you need is an early sleep to catch the best scenes in the morning in Yellowstone National Park. I ended up being late due to lack of sleep and being exhausted. I would not recommend this hotel at all if your plan is to have a relaxed comfortable stay.
