Our grandson age 9!enjoyed the pool with the slide immensely. Having the restaurant with such great food attached was a very big plus

The hotel was very clean and had good amenities for the kids

When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working so we had to stay on first floor. We heard bouncing balls and kids running around from room above. The hotel was very basic, but compared on outside to others in area looked to be better than most. The real complaint was the breakfast. We booked room as it said free breakfast with stay. We then went 1st morning to breakfast and staff said it was a separate restaurant so we get charged and then the hotel pays. The breakfast buffet was so poor- and the bill for 3 came to $101!!! We paid tip which wasn’t reimbursed even though it was buffet. The 2nd day we didn’t even bother and found a different breakfast spot. We felt the price of the buffet was so crazy regardless of who paid. The hotel should really consider getting some coffee and bagels- you would save a ton of money! The hotel staff were very nice!

The property was clean and well maintained. Aidan Stone checked us in and it did not feel welcoming. He was awkward with us and didn’t really take the time to build rapport with us. I even had to ask about where we park and the direction he gave us was a parking spot far from our room. The room was in an isolated location and the layout is odd even though it's large and when we asked if we could be placed in any other room, we were told it was all booked. It did not feel like a Hilton. Lastly the room had a half drunk water bottle and the first room service happened late. No one even replaced the water bottle. We made it work, but for the cost of a Hilton in West Yellowstone, expectations were not met. Aidan even gave us drink vouchers to use at the bar since we couldn’t switch rooms, but they still charged the drinks to our room even after handing the vouchers to the bartender. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and frequently checked in. Used their laundry facilities and it was clean and convenient! It was within walking distance to grocery, shopping, and food!

A complimentary breakfast was not available.

Clean. Good beds. Easy access to food in town & the west entrance to Yellowstone. Great set up for family travel. Kids loved the bunk beds, pool & slide.

The gym was nice, but they were a lot of kids using the hydro massage beds. My children tried to use the indoor pool the first night and unfortunately it must have been serviced recently, the chlorine was overwhelming and they could not stay long.

Super nice room. We had 5 people total and got the bunk bed room. Awesome. Everyone was able to spread out and enjoy the super comfortable beds. Shower and bathroom amenities were top notch. We stayed on the 3rd floor but would recommend not staying on the 1st floor of the building that had the pool. The smell of chlorine was pretty substantial on that floor.

Convenient to Yellowstone National Park. Restaurants & groceries within walking distance. Nice pool, hot tub, and fitness center with a couple of great massage chairs. We had room with 3 queen beds, 2 of them in a bunk bed configuration that was way nicer than I was expecting. It gave the upper & lower occupants more of a sense of privacy. We had no trouble with parking, both on the street & in the lot. Housekeeping tidied up the room each day of our 3 night stay.

The staff was helpful and told us the most amazing places to visit. Other than the elevator being broken..everything was perfect.

What a lovely place to stay! Our room was clean and comfortable! If we had more time to stay this would be a wonderful base for exploring Yellowstone. The attached restaurant was amazing! Hubby and granddaughter had the buffalo burger and loved it! I had the Navajo tacos and they were so good and very filling.

The room with the (2) queen beds and full size bunk bed was a kit with the kids. They also really appreciated the free s'more kits, free arcade room, and waterslide. The restaurant was over priced for the food quality and service. It taste find, just not compatible with the price tag.
-
Great hotel with nice pool and slide. Also, had a fitness center, but had to go across the street to the lobby to use it. Best hotel near Yellowstone. Crazy room set ups with multiple types of beds from bunkbeds to sofa beds to queen bed.

Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Daily breakfast was challenging- food delayed; missing items- led to manager giving comp on meal although meal was already covered in our package- so not really worth anything given delays. Will not stay at this site again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everything from the immaculate cleanliness and convenient location to the spacious rooms and fantastic amenities—including the gym and gaming room—was exceptional. The staff members were also incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!
