Very clean room and very good location near Yellowstone entrance.

This is a very old and worn property. We did not want to have our barefeet on the floor. Perhaps that fits with the location? Expect the basics and for them to be well worn. Towels and linens were clean, bedspread har lived some life. Received a text from the front desk to send any questions or request via the message. When I replied with a question I received no reply. Worked for being in the room minimally. Good location.

Great location. Desk closes at 11 pm. Room was clean. Fitted sheet and mattress pad on the bed did not fit. Would pop off when you sat on the bed. Bunched up underneath you when you tried to sleep.

Location was perfect for visiting Yellowstone and at a reasonable price. Not fancy but clean and beds very comfortable. Large bathroom. Hot water. TV didn’t work but maintenance came and repaired within minutes of our reporting it. Small fridge and microwave. Would recommend!

The staff that day is not very friendly. Take my payment , no receipt handed to me If I didnt ask him for my receipt. All he says is your room is in the back , 2nd floor in my head where is that at ? Left side or right side? Nothing. No better instruction, no amenities mentioned etc. pay and leave type of service I received.

For the high price (typical in West Yellowstone) this was very average. The room was right alongside road so very noisy throughout the night. No breakfast included. Bathroom clean and bed comfortable. Windows did not have handles so could not close them once pushed open.

It's not a plush hotel, but it's Yellowstone, folks! For that, it was a super spacious room; the front desk and maid service were super accommodating! Water was hot, fridge was cold - we had a great time and even sipped some sodas on the front porch swings watching people walk by... yep, all creepy like! Ha ha - It was a perfect walking distance to anything in West Yellowstone, and we will definitely stay there again!

We stayed in a deluxe Queen room. It happened to be up a couple steps on the 2nd floor. We could tell it was brighter and newly renovated. The room was nice and clean, we had a mini fridge and microwave. The TV was a nice flat screen TV and had everything we wanted or needed. They cleaned our room daily and we came back to a nicely cleaned room and newly made beds. We found it conveniently located, close to the main area of the town and just a short drive to the West Entrance. It was a nice place and the cheapest in the town that we found. We were impressed with the pace and how nice it was. Nothing fancy but we were satisfied

Todo estuvo muy bien lo que no me gusta es que no tienen desayuno

nice place to stay

Location is great. Property is very run down. The carpet in the room was dirty and stained everywhere. Walls haven’t been painted in years. Drapes were falling off the walls. The whole place needs to be remodeled.

Clean room

Room was very clean and appeared to be recently redone. The bathroom was very nice. It was nice and quiet for a tourist town

We loved how easy and close the hotel was to Yellowstone!

We would not recommend this hotel. It is very old & run down. The floor felt like you were going to fall through it & the bedding was questionable.
-
Not enough parking for the # of rooms.

The ice machine was broken and we weren’t told so until we asked why there wasn’t any ice after making our way across the property to the machines a few times because we thought that people were emptying it out before we got to it. The wifi was horrible and only worked one of the 3 nights we spent there which was the worst part about the whole stay. The fridge would sometimes loose its coldness and when we came back from a whole day of being out our food and drinks were barely cold. Lastly, the shower shelves and the edges of the bathtub were dirty and uncleaned. The staff was very kind though and overall wasn’t a horrible stay but wouldn’t again.
