it was good hotel in the price. room was clean ..toilet was having some issue bit tey were able to fix pretty fast

Affordable option in West Yellowstone, which is to say: a dive. The room we were is had updated flooring and bathroom, but still just as quirky as when we stayed a few years ago. No bedside tables, carpets and those new laminate floors filthy so don’t wear socks you care about. This time the unit smelled so heavily of Lysol that my throat burned but we’re assuming since it had a kitchen that the previous occupants had cooked something stinky. If you don’t care that much where you sleep cuz you’re not gonna be there that much, this is a good option.

Ice machine was broken down but went to the office and they went back and got more ice than I needed. Very happy and a beautiful area

Parking is a problem, but the room was very clean and nice.

Room is good . There was some issue in toilet , they fixed in 30 minutes. That was impressive

Our room was comfy and fairly quiet even so close to the road. The room has been renovated and the beds were comfy. The property could use a little daily clean up detail, same paper scraps in the entry for a few days. Front porch has cute swinging chairs.

Finding the location of the room was a bit difficult. The instructions provided by the staff were not helpful.

You need a place to crash to explore, this is a good one.

Beds are small and there is no refrigerator for family.

Everything was great, the place was clean and the staff was polite. Our only complaint was that the ice machine wasn't working.

Location was good and checking in and out was easy. Room was spacious and clean. Although there was no coffee in the room, they had coffee and hot water at the front office- problem was that it was empty most times. Would suggest the staff be more attentive to that.

It was an older property, but it was clean. It said Free breakfast there wasn't even coffee made. We had to wait for coffee.

Rooms are decent size, clean but VERY dated. The beds are older and not super comfortable but are clean. Only 2 standard size pillows per bed and the front desk said they don’t have extras. Long hair folks take note, there is NO conditioner in the shower, so be sure to bring some. Parking fills up quick at night so you may end up across the parking lot from your room. No elevator so if you have trouble with stairs be sure to request a first floor room. Young men at the front desk were extremely polite and friendly.

Room is run down, office is closed most of the time, ice machine did not work, AC did not work and is noisy, lots of noise outside making it impractical to open windows. Shower curtain missing on second day of our stay. Why take a shower curtain???

The room was clean, but it was old. I went to the front desk to request 2. Additional pillows, and they told me no.

The location was great- walking distance to everything. The ice machine did not work at all.
