Understaffed. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in as front desk attendant also cleaning rooms.

Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops. Minutes from Yellowstone. WiFi was iffy but that really didn’t matter. Water in the shower went from warm to cold to warm maybe because water heaters are shared. Also not a big deal.

It was a great little cabin. Private. Not much seating room.

Older well kept hotel close to everything you need. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Would stay here again!

There was no air conditioning

Almost nothing Outrageous rates for a musty old cabin. Furniture was ‘50’s only one trash can and it was in the bathroom. No facial tissues at all. TV was small and mounted to the corner ceiling. Very hard to watch.

No bathroom's fan

No AC was rough. Thank goodness they provided a couple of box fans and thank goodness we were only there to sleep. If we would’ve needed to be there during the day, we would’ve never made it.we would not choose again simply for that reason alone.

Comfortable beds, a good shower and a well equipped kitchen. The property is showing its age, but the staff keep the units clean and well presented.

Very comfortable Close to Yellowstone Park entrance Very quiet No in room phone to contact the front desk Front desk staff not very accessible No coffee available in the office just in the room Rate too high for what is provided

Staff super helpful and friendly during check in, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond by recommending us restaurants in the town which were very good. Room was cozy and fit our party of 4. Even though the motel was located near the center of town, it was very quiet and still felt private. The room was affordable and a perfect way to spend the night after visiting Yellowstone National Park all day. The previous customer’s milk was still in the fridge.

Convenient to West Yellowstone. Cute old style motel, run by a husband and wife, who probably need more help. TV needed resetting the first night, wife was super helpful and wifi out on second night.

West Yellowstone is an awesome town, the people there are nice (most tourists, like us, seemed okay too) and there are lots of unique places to eat and shop for Yellowstone souvenirs that are a little cheaper than in the park, lol. There are two grocery stores that were a little pricey (as expected) which helped stretch our food budget, with the kitchenette in our room. Loved being so close to the park, as long as you get to the gate before 7 a.m. the traffic at the gate wasn't bad. We booked the suite for 6 people. I understand that's a lot of dishes, so I can understand there only being three of each dish (plates, bowls, utensils). We brought disposable and made it work. But why not have 6 towels available? The table also only sat three people. So it was awkward when we ate in the room. Otherwise, it was fine.

good location, owners very nice

My plan did not include breakfast More Room lights are required, specially near the microwave and refrigerator area. While preparing tea or working jn that area of room it becomes difficult.

location

Quiet, single-story building with comfortable bed. The lady who checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful. There were a couple of decent places to eat within easy walking distance.

Location We stayed there for 3 nights & there was no housekeeping even when we placed the housekeeping request tab on door knob.

I liked the full kitchen with everything I needed to cook meals during our stay, and the fact that there were three queen beds with one being in a different room from the others. I also appreciated the extra blankets! The pillows hurt my neck. They were all quite thick and firm; I wished that there had been one softer/fluffier option. The rest of my family wasn’t bothered, however.
