Poor lighting in the room, weak wifi and no desk

The hotel should ensure peace and quiet for its guests.

A/C noise. Plus could hear neighbors and water running all night

Location

Nice big room and plenty of space with good kitchen facility. Hotel staff was helpful in providing maps which helps us easily find the grocery store for shopping. Nearby grocery shop (infact they have 2 of them) are all within walkable distance which was a plus. If possible please provide the AC or pedestal fan which would be easy for hot summer months (they had box fan but getting them stable while running at full speed was bit of a challenge but managable).

The location was good. The rooms were old but clean and small. No AC in our room. The fan was broken when we checked in. We did get a replacement fan, but they seemed put out that we needed a new one. The front desk person was never in the office. We always had to call for her and she was always"too busy" to get there right away. Her first comment upon check in was " Im too busy to be in the office. There are only 2 of us running this entire motel"

staff very friendly and kind. room was very clean but outdated. location very good, which is close to the main shopping area. I thought my room had a kitchen, which was my mistake; I didn't read the description carefully, which said that a two-bed room does not have one. Also, the staff is not always in the office, which is a little uncomfortable.

The location, cleanliness and family rooms Nothing

Conveniently located close to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park, it offers a central location to explore all areas of the park. The family suite they offer was great for our group of 5 people. The kitchen is well equipped. Although the owners were friendly, they were lacking personnel: things were missing in the room (towels, shampoo) and it was difficult to get access to the owners. We had to ask to get our trash removed from our room: during a 6 night stay I would have expected to have them check for the trash at least once.

The feeling of cabin living in woods; Open space; I could park my car next to my cabin; The staff was very friendly Even though the staff was very friendly, it was harder to reach them on phone. It seems the owners themself maintain and manage the property.

Understaffed. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in as front desk attendant also cleaning rooms.

Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops. Minutes from Yellowstone. WiFi was iffy but that really didn’t matter. Water in the shower went from warm to cold to warm maybe because water heaters are shared. Also not a big deal.

It was a great little cabin. Private. Not much seating room.

Older well kept hotel close to everything you need. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Would stay here again!

Almost nothing Outrageous rates for a musty old cabin. Furniture was ‘50’s only one trash can and it was in the bathroom. No facial tissues at all. TV was small and mounted to the corner ceiling. Very hard to watch.

No AC was rough. Thank goodness they provided a couple of box fans and thank goodness we were only there to sleep. If we would’ve needed to be there during the day, we would’ve never made it.we would not choose again simply for that reason alone.
