Very clean room and great breakfast

It was clean and nice. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great.

made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was poor, poor selection served as a buffet in plastic containers, juice selection was from a fountain which was basically just sugary water as was the coffee very weak and watery. To change $400+ per night is scandalous and needless to say we won’t be returning, there has to be better options than this place!

We had a very pleasant stay while visiting Yellowstone NP. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the free hot breakfast. Greg and Lynda were very helpful during check in and offered great recommendations.

Would definitely stay again.

Well Kept Lack of lights in the room besides lamps, a stronger exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been nice.

Cleaning staff were good. Weak water pressure in shower. Shower/tub is very slippery even with the worn safety mat. Broken sink with unsightly dirty crack. Breakfast comparable to similar offerings at other hotels. Parking convenient. Facilities need updating for price of room.

This hotel was perfect for us traveling with three little ones. Close to the west entrance to Yellowstone. The room size was good and it was clean! Our kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the oversized hot tub. The breakfast was phenomenal!!

Good location. First room assigned had faulty AC and the staff moved us to an upgraded room. Check-in took close to 30 mins as staff was slow

We loved the their decorating theme of bears and pine cones in the rooms. Breakfast was awesome every morning and coffee was available non stop. Their staff is the most friendliest I’ve ever seen.

Unfortunately, our experience continued to decline. The air conditioner ran all night but did not cool the room—it only made noise, making it difficult to sleep. The shower base was visibly dirty and discolored, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly, making it inconvenient to use. The following morning, we went to get coffee around 7:00 a.m. and were told by the front desk staff that there was no coffee left because they had already made six pots. There was also no milk or regular cream available, and there was no ice. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of basic amenities and service fell well below what we expected. We paid for a comfortable and properly maintained accommodation, but that was not the experience we received. Given these issues, I believe it would be reasonable to receive compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience and the substandard condition of the room. I would appreciate your prompt response and a fair resolution to this matter.

Location is close to West Yellowstone entrance, shopping and food options as well as gas stations. Decent value for the area. Coin laundry on-site. Water pressure is not great so showering took extra time.

We enjoyed our two night stay. The two queen room served our needs and the breakfast was much better than the typical contenintal one usually gets. We really wanted t use the pool more, but the water was too cold for us.

Also the breakfast area had a time of rotten black bananas and no others that are edible. This should not happen if properly managed. 2. Laundry room was clean and appreciated being able to do laundry in clean facility. 3. Pool and jacuzzi were great appeared clean. 4. The staff were so good especially Sarah! She stood out as friendly, knowledgeable and wanting to help. Yes there are rules but customers want to feel cared for not told no no no because that’s the way it is. Sarah always helped!

Had a great time. Staff were great, hotel was nice and real close to park enterance.
