Very clean, nice cabin with a lot of amenities, very well located and maintained

The cabins were a great place to stay at Yellowstone. Had fire pits to sit around after a day in the park. Pool and arcade nearby.

A lovely place which was very well taken care of. The staff was great and the amenities were wonderful. Everything in the cabin was very artistically put together. Highly recommend this place.

I really didn’t start noticing uncleanliness until it came time to take a shower. The bottom of the shower, though I’m sure was stained, looked really gross. The drain itself had caked up dirt and found there to be a mold behind the shower. The dry wall adjacent to the shower was very soft and at the base was turning black. The closet behind the shower (in the bedroom) had some mold as well. As I inspected further, I found some short hair under sink and a plunger wrapped in a grocery bag.. we decided to wear flip flops in the shower and throughout the cabin after this! We had fresh towels every day; however, I pulled out one towel and it had a blood stain on it. When I showed it to my wife, our 11 year old brought it to my attention that there was a brown stain on her pillow case as well. I probably should have made mention of all this to the staff, but we were there 3 nights and really didn’t want to disrupt our plans. We could deal with the inconvenience for a couple of days, but I would probably look for something cleaner next time.

The convenience of a hotel but the feel of a cabin. We enjoyed the fire pit & complimentary s’mores after a long day at Yellowstone. It was an excellent choice for our group of 5

Fantastic accommodations and helpful staff. Little details made a huge difference like a smores kit and access to the arcade room at the hotel! Would definitely stay there again.

Front desk attitude was to gaslight guests. I asked for another blanket. Waited in line, then told I could sit in the lobby for it or have it delivered. The delivery never came. Attitude of intake person was condescending and I didn’t appreciate it at all. Had time to bake cookies while trying to cover front desk but horrible at not doing her job. Horrible.

This was our favorite stay in our one week family vacation!

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The cabin was clean and cozy! Loved the outside fire and how comfortable the bed was. We walked the town and had great food

Beautiful cottage with room to spread out for our family. Would have been nice to have a fire pit directly in front of our building but there was one a short walk away. The s’mores packages were a great idea as well! Parking was a bit confusing/not plentiful enough and some confusion about where we were allowed to park when the spaces we were directed to park in were full. Other than that very very clean and wonderful stay!

Clean cabin. Front yard was a main road and backyard was a busy parking lot. Parking lot was loud during the day but ok at night. Easy walk to grizzly wolf center and downtown.

The cleaning staff did an excellent job and showed a lot of initiative. The front desk staff has a little to improve in terms of attentiveness, making sure the desk is properly staffed. Not a terrible job, just room to improve.

Best Cabin I have ever stayed in.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

We stayed in a cabin with the king bed a pull out sofa and it was so cute. The kitchenette is sufficient for a family of 4 (elementary aged children) with food and drinks. Loved the privacy of having our own cabin. We used the pool at the establishment across the street (there are two hotels affiliated with this one) and roasted smores at night. Great distance to food and local attractions; only took about 5 min to get to most places, including Yellowstone's entrance. Would highly recommend.

This was a disappointing stay for the money. The pictures on line make it look like the cabins are in the woods. Well sort of. There is a small strip of trees the cabins are in, flanked on either side by hotel parking lots. The room cleanliness was ok, but the bathroom shower was dirty and had a big hairball in the drain. This was an expensive cabin to rent and I didn't feel like we got our money's worth.

My only complaint was parking was not reserved closed to our cabin.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Explorer Cabins. Their “little house” feel was unique and the s’mores provided for the fire pit was a nice surprise.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Great coffee! Comfy beds. Close to park entrance. We loved it.

Only issue was check in. Directed to another location to check in but when arrived there we were directed to another location
