Extremely convenient location if you are visiting Yellowstone, just 5 minutes from entrance. Close to downtown, conveniently close to everything and at the same time not right in the middle of it. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Will stay here again!

The reason for the 4 star was because it had a moldy smell in some areas of the hotel. Although I heard breakfast service was stopped in January because of the more quality of food that had previously been served it would have been convenient to offer a continental breakfast of pastries, English muffins, bagels muffins, fruit and cold cereal.

Came for the hot tub and it did not work. Didn’t come to clean my room until 5pm. Had breakfast room with no breakfast.

Great hotel, very close to the park. Well-maintained and renovated. Coffee pods in the room, a microwave, and a fridge were very handy. I liked the infused water and cookies in the lobby. Small touches that make a big difference for guests. No breakfast option, but all amenities are super close, and there is a fridge in the room.

Great hotel. Very clean. Very friendly team and staff. Our kids love there with pool and arcades room. Great location.

No issues from us. We had a great stay for a couple of nights. Hotel was comfy and quiet. Didn't really need much while we were there, but the ice machine worked great and so did everything in the room. People were nice and helpful as well.

Loved the free laundry. The room was an A+. I would have liked a little breakfast as we were going to the park first thing and time was short.
