Yellowstone Park Hotel

Jo, who works at the breakfast bar, was absolutely impressive. She was so kind and helpful. She worked diligently to assure a good breakfast experience for all! She not only was kind to hotel customers but was also kind to her colleagues. She told them thank you and was just such a kind person! When I spilled my rice crispies cereal all over the clean floor, she was patient and kind. Thank you Jo!

Clean & nice. Close to the grizzly & wolf discovery center, and to the entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

The reviews were not really accurate. The property and room were not very clean or updated. Not a good value for the price.

Staff was helpful and the proximity to the park made it easy for us to get io and out early!

I paid $660.00 for 2 nights and nobody cleaned my room. Finally I asked and they were only able to give me clean linens and empty the trash. No breakfast. Be careful with the shower and tub if you are over 60. Norubber mats on tub floor, no wall grips Overall the place was fair.

Really shabby. Terrible beds. Cracked linoleum in the bathroom. Unfriendly staff. Oh well. Loved the Grand Canyon but will stay elsewhere in the future.

They no longer offer breakfast.

When we booked (and even today on the travel websites), it mentions there is free Continental breakfast included in room rates. To our surprise on reaching the hotel and asking for breakfast room/timings, they said they don't offer continental breakfast! Breakfast was a primary reason we selected this property. Be aware of this scam when booking.

The hotel was clean and close to shopping. They do not have a continental breakfast but they do have coffee and tea available. The indoor pool was great when the weather was bad.

Loved our stay! The rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to everything in West Yellowstone.

Pool and spa were a nice touch. Location was ideal for the west entrance to Yellowstone

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Did not use the pool but did use the hot tub, a nice way to relax at the end of the day. The parking lot gets pretty full but there is some off-street parking also available. There is no breakfast but coffee is available all day. The hotel is close to downtown which is nice, as traffic and parking downtown can be challenging. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very close to the park and clean. Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean. Didn’t use any of the amenities so I don’t know about them.

Room and property were clean. Room was spacious with a comfortable oversized couch and chair, coffee service in room, coffee service in lobby and fresh baked cookies every evening.
