The outlets did not have covers and the TV was not accessible from laying in the bed.

The location is outstanding, very close to the park entrance.

Room was just what we needed for the trip to Yellowstone National Park. It was clean and comfortable. The log construction and decoration was in the theme of the area. The location was ideal for convenient travel to park and access to eating in town. The staff was accommodating of our (very) late arrival. No delay to get in the room to rest.

Significant noise from the floor above

Our unit was very clean and well maintained! The young man at check in was very nice and helpful!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, within limits. We rented a large unit which is contained in a building with an upper and lower set of rooms. In conversation with the front desk staff, we specifically agreed that we would have an upstairs unit. When we arrived at 4:15, check-in time is 4 PM, we were told that they gave the upstairs unit to someone who had arrived half an hour earlier. They moved us to the upstairs unit on the second day, but I have to say that the downstairs unit was not enjoyable. The facilities are old and finished in what I would describe as a “do it yourself” style. The upstairs unit was better, but on the first day, the staff failed to replace broken cleaning products dispensers in the shower. On the second day, they failed to change our towels. It was a substandard performance, especially when you consider that I paid approximately USD 550 a night. It wasn’t terrible, but I would be reluctant to return.

We had a wonderful stay! The cozy wooden cabins were beautiful, the hot tub was perfect after a day of exploring, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would definitely love to come back!

The front office staff was great and very informative. Thank you Justin for the hospitality. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The location is great!

The Cabins were beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. We got a bigger one where there were 3 queen size beds. This is a great deal for a family of 4 or more. The cabin was charming! We will be back.

Easy access to west entrance for early viewing, comfy spacious and full function kitchen

Friendly staff, great accommodation and easy access to Yellowstone! Would definitely stay here again.

Over all it was nice with the exception of two things. It had a funky smell and it was Ike being in an apartment. You could hear the people upstairs every time they walked, moved a chair, or move anything at all.

Amazing location and place to stay. Highly recommend!

The place is within two or three minutes of the Wolf and Bear museum, the Yellowstone Information Center, the History Museum as well as several restaurants, it was about five minutes walk to grocery store. If you turn right out of the Parking lot, and left on main street you can get to park entrance without all the drama of going thru town. Traffic otherwise is awful in morning. The kitchen was the main disappontment, poorly set up, no where to put dishes to dry. The dishes and utensils were haphazzard. The glasses were not clean. No scrubbing sponge. Etc. the light switches at door were not marked so it was guess work But those were not deal breakers for us

Overall the staff was welcoming, we had a good stay and enjoyed, even though it was bit pricy but understandable given the timing

Wonderful! Great location for entering the National Park.

The property was well kept and very nice rustic log cabin style. It was better than advertised and the staff was VERY nice and helpful. The hot tub was great, we never saw anyone else using it but we did and it was great! There was plenty of parking near your cabin. The cabin itself was exactly what you hope for, large, rustic, clean, cozy and well kept. Plus, It’s an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in West Yellowstone
