Convenient location to West entry of Yellowstone, less than 5 minutes away. Staff was very friendly and helped with suggestions for local activities and dining. Hotel does not offer a free breakfast. Room was clean.

I was charged two fees: 1. $100 and 2. $75 without any notice. I paid in full ahead of time. Also, there was underwear found on the floor from the previous people who stayed there, lining do shower curtain smelled weird, cleaning service brought me a new one which was nice of them, didn’t mind putting the new up myself.

They charge $50 in order to check in 30 minutes early. It was ridiculous.

The staff were welcoming and helpful in guiding us to our room. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not use the amenities but the property is close to several restaurants and shops all within walking distance and across the street from the grizzly and wolf discovery center.

Room was exceptional. They no longer have the free breakfast offered and they no longer have a fitness room

No continental breakfast, no heated pool (there was a pool but it was freezing cold)

A perfect place to stay while we toured Yellowstone. Close to everything.

The facilities were well maintained and the staff at the checkin desk were excellent.

The suite is very comfortable and spacious for a family of six.

Overall a nice place. When I arrived we were told it was too late for laundry. However, the website didn’t indicate the laundry room closed at 9. In our room we found another guests items and we had only a portion of the bedding needed for the pull out coach. All were remedied, however each was an inconvenience.

Moldy shower curtain. Wanted to check in an hour early and wanted $25 extra. Place was outdated. Very expensive and no amenities that advertised.

One issue is the lack of sufficient parking. Rear parking spaces are pitch dark after sun goes down. I will definitely recommend this place
