Perfect location, very convenient, clean and has free laundry

Great hotel and great location!

Clean, comfortable and centrally located. I’ll be back….

Was super clean and comfy bed. We luckily had one of the newly refurbished rooms which was excellent. Only one issue was the size of the fridge which was so small it froze my milk and water bottles solid. Very difficult to eat cereals with frozen milk! Otherwise great and would stay there again. I had the bonus of hearing the wolves in the sanctuary opposite one night walking back from dinner at Hanks Chop Shop (also an amazingly lucky find).

I liked the location and the surrounding area. Why I didn’t give 5-stars is because the laundry closed at 9pm, actually earlier because some washer/dryers were in use so staff shut it down earlier. I guess to make sure the laundry needed to stay open past 9pm. I’m used to guest laundry’s (key entry) are available 24/7. Also, the pool area did not have a shower to rinse off before or after the pool even though the rules stated to rinse before getting in pool. They could easily add a couple of shower heads to the pool area. We really appreciated the nice large hot tub. No complimentary breakfast and the buffet pay breakfast is expensive and the same items as complimentary breakfast at interstate hotels. The hallways are dark but all in all it’s a nice enough hotel. Holiday Inn level quality but more expensive. But understandable considering the location and walkability.

The room was clean upon arrival and the front desk lady was helpful. We asked for room service, but they didn’t make the bed - just through the covers over. The pool was freezing. The parking is not sufficient and there was no spots left to park.
-
The room was clean and was actually nicer than the pictures portray. The pool was cold but having a hot tub really balanced it out. Dip in the hot tub and then a cold plunge into the pool. A perfect way to end each day of hiking and adventures in the park!

When booking the hotel, it was mentioned “ free breakfast “ but there is no breakfast

Nice room. Did not get cleaned daily though. We enjoyed the hot tub

Two-night stay while visiting Yellowstone. The beds were comfortable, good towels and clean rooms. Appreciate the freeonsite laundry, but the machines were hit or miss on functionality. No in-room coffee (they were out of Keurigs), and the only other option was to buy coffee downstairs, starting at $3.50 a cup.

Everything was great, but charge for coffee CRAZY
-
Frond desk manager male person was very rude. We were 20 mins late to checkout, charged $25 for the entire hour. Also, out of shaving supplies. We did inform while checking that we will checkout few minutes late, but he said he don't have any record and will charge us the full, even though it's their fault.

My family was very happy with our stay here. The rooms have been updated and the property is becoming modernized which was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable and we could easily control the room temperature. We enjoyed using the bicycles to ride around town and also were able to complete a few loads of laundry one morning. The hot tub was wonderful and the kids braved the chilly pool. We enjoyed coffee in the room (Keurig) and they have a small market for purchases. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Yellowstone.

Super clean!

We appreciated the low price next to Yellowstone National Park. There are many similar looking hotels in the area, not sure of prices though. We arrived very late and parking was difficult, not knowing where the boundary between properties was in the dark. All stalls and empty spaces were taken, so I had to make a brave decision. Front desk might have been having a bad day; we waited behind 2 other guests. Shower wasn’t completely clean, but was good enough. Room seemed clean and was comfortable. No breakfast. Overall, not bad. I wanted to save money, and I did save without sacrificing a decent room. I’d stay again if it was a budget choice.

Took 20 minutes to check out because there was no one at the front desk. Then he nonchalantly walked in as if nothing was wrong. The parking lot could use repaving.
-
There was no breakfast at the hotel but they did give vouchers for a nearby restaurant. They gave good information about the park.

What was reported on the Expedia website was not was the hotel offered. It shows a stuffed wolf on the bed which I thought was a cute idea for my grandson, nope. It said they offered a breakfast, no. In fact for a cup of coffee out of a machine is 3-5 bucks. When people are already paying well over 300 dollars a night the least they can do is have some simple breakfast or even a cup of coffee. The amount of greed in the world has come to an all time high and it saddens me. There are hard working families that deserve better. They would rather put their money into creepy Bluetooth Mirrors, like seriously? Who cares about a Bluetooth mirror, if that’s what it is. Very disappointed, but wanted to give it a try. The kids said the hot tub was nice but the pool was cold. The locations is nice right across from the Grizzly Center. The parking is horrible, don’t go to dinner and expect to find any when you come back. I’m not sure where any new guest parked and I ended up parking in a place I shouldn’t have just because I was tired and wasn’t going to walk a block or more back to the place. Really needs some help all together but has great potential.

We expected a heated pool- and it was not heated, the heater was broken. The pool was so cold, it was literally not usable. Everything else about the hotel was great.

Everything was great, just wish they would have breakfast for the price you pay for a room. Other than that the hotel was in great shape. Pool was cold but did not stop my 4 year old.
