the bathroom fan is noisy and there are a few slots/holes under the carpet. the breakfast is ok and parking space is large but part of it is on repairing the time we were. The staff is friendly. for budget minded , it is a reasonable stay.

It’s fair condition with fair price

This was the cutest hotel and super convenient to everything! Highly recommend!!

We needed to shorten our stay by one day, and the process was very smooth—they only asked that we notify them before checkout on our final day. The staff was helpful and accommodating throughout. Parking is directly in front of each room, though the parallel spaces are a bit narrow. The location is also very close to the park entrance, which was a major plus.

Overall good experience

We have stayed in several different hotels in West Yellowstone. This was clean and comfortably and had a nice breakfast room with hot and cold food options. There is not an elevator , if you don’t want to carry your stuff up the stairs be sure to book a ground floor room. Within walking distance of town.
-
Clean room , close to restaurant and souvenir stores , close to West Yellowstone entrance .

I would not recommend this hotel

Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included and you could order from a menu of several choices. For an included breakfast, it was very good. Location was good, convenient to the town of Red Lodge, but not in the middle of town, so was nice and quiet, but still very close to town.

Big room that’s all…

Clean, comfortable, convenient breakfast, helpful hardworking staff, great location and affordable price. We’ll stay again if back in Yellowstone.

And the coffee machine in our room did not work and they did not have a replacement coffee maker to give us. We had to go to a coffee shop and purchase our decaf which is used for medical reasons, not by choice. And that cost us an extra $25 for our stay. The room for 2 nights was over $600. We believe a discount for our stay would be reasonable since they could not provide us with coffee. Otherwise the experience was what we expected. Thank you.

Room was as expected for an older hotel but was clean. Minimal breakfast options.
-
The room was acceptable. The sheets were clean and the shower was hot. The hot breakfast was just okay as well. Overall it was a good place to sleep and then go spend all day in Yellowstone.
-
Next to Yellowstone west entrance.
-
The bedroom smelled like feet, the shower curtain about fell anytime you opened or closed it. The soup dispenser was broke and empty. And we booked for $275 and was charged $320?
-
Breakfast was decent. Rooms were outdated, smelled horrible and gross.
-
The breakfast was decent. They did have some hot food options. The beds were not comfortable but the staff was friendly and helpful and it’s right down town in walking distance to most things and it’s right outside the Yellowstone west gate. The room was clean
-
The hot breakfast was very good. Better than most free breakfasts at other motels.

Rooms are clean, a little dated in the bathroom, but overall nice. Family really liked breakfast. The ac sucked.
