Super 8 by Wyndham Portland ME

CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION. I was allowed to book and pay for a room and it is closed. No reply from management.

When we arrived at this hotel to check in, we found out it had been closed down for a few months. "Deemed unsafe & dangerous" by the city, according to the formal notice on the front door. Traveled 5 hours to attend a baseball game, only to find we had been mislead.

Close to Sebago Lake It was dirty and unsafe in the parking lot. Room wasn’t clean

Nothing We were not informed that the hotel was closed due to a maintenance issue so we had to seek alternative accommodations. We had a difficult time trying to cancel our reservation so as not to be charged for our reservation.

Nothing Went to the property and it was closed. You took my money but the property wasn’t even open to stay at. I want a refund!

I always woke up at 4:00 in the morning to a fire alarm and then told to leave

The location The roof collapsed and had to relocate to another town and had to spend 52$ on Ubers

I was told to change hotel because of some issue with their hotel

Alarm going off in building 339 am for an hour

Dirty and seriously dated rooms, had problems with key cards and ended up switching room to again have issues getting into the room. Did not feel safe at all.

The location that's it The breakfast and no cockroaches. The sign said breakfast is from 6 am -9 am and we went down at 830 am and there was only a couple slices of wheat bread,eggs and some milk left on the jug. What happened to this place? Also the cockroaches are insane!!!! I have been here a handful of times hoping it will be different and it hasn't been. I think tomorrow night will be the last night for my husband and I. We had no clue it had gone down hill so bad.

It was convenient Felt it could be upgraded/cleaner.

The room was mostly okay. Both ice machines were broken. Breakfast was quite poor.

The whole motel needed maintenance and cleaning. The chair in our room looked like they picked it up off the curb somewhere. The towels were dingy. Based on the overall appearance of the hotel we choose not to eat the breakfast

Our key cards did not work multiple times. The only method of opening and closing the door was slamming it. The breakfast options were very minimal. Unclean - stains all over.

The room was very clean. Love it!!!!! The staff wasn’t friendly or professional enough to be working at front desk even for the basic information as where the room was located wasn’t given to us. They just handed out the key and not caring for the fact that was our first time at the building. Really sad!
