The room was very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating! Cheers to such a perfect place to stay! Keep up the great work!

The only down side was no assigned parking. There is enough spaces but you may have to walk a little bit. Otherwise I have to say it was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Great staff.

It was so cute! There were constantly people working o the property to make it clean and tidy. Great location and amenities. The AC was loud during the night.

What a wonderful reception. The young lady who welcomed us was a delight. We only stayed a night and the weather wasn't great, but I would love to spend a week here in warmer weather.

Everything was wonderful from the time we walked into the time we left. It was very clean and enjoyable just to be on the grounds and easy to get to the beach and bathrooms available there for use with the swipe of your room key. The pool was clean and heated and very peaceful. They had microwaves and refrigerators in the room. The continental breakfast was superb and included the ability to make your own pancakes and a cute little machine that tasted good also hard boiled eggs and yogurt and fresh fruit including bagels and toast and great coffee. Will definitely come back again.

The grounds and room was extremely well kept, clean and very comfortable! The heated pool felt amazing, and the breakfast was excellent! And the coffee was perfect! As well as the private beach access parking was very convenient and perfect spot with great food choices right across the street. The only thing we would say about that was a little inconvenient was that the hot water took a while to get hot, but as a plumber for over 27 years I could understand if the water heater is not directly in the room it could take awhile to get there... but it wasn't a deal breaker or nor would it change our 5 star review.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. The Breezeway has its own private beach...so enjoyable to sit and watch the waves. My family and I look forward to staying next year.. Susan

Beautiful and quaint hotel. The rooms are beautifully decororated and spacious. The grounds are also well maintained. Loved that the pool was heated. IT was a perfect get away.

This property is gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful. The pool is open and it is lovely. The beach is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the staff is so accommodating and a joy to interact with. I really had an amazing experience. There was nothing I did not like.

Friendly staff, nicely landscaped grounds, parking close to room room a little small; stay was short and was not able to enjoy the beach access or pool.

Such a cute place so many things to do and the beach access is amazing. Would love to stay here again.

I noticed it on the first night but tried to ignore it. By the second evening, the noise became much louder and constant, making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk. While the staff member initially seemed skeptical, he came up, and after hearing the sounds and activity himself, and immediately moved me to another room. Management later followed up and issued a $50 credit, which felt insufficient given the severity of the situation. I question the legality of renting out a room in that condition. Aside from this issue, the property itself was otherwise OK.

Beautiful grounds, clean rooms, and so close to the beach! Nothing everything was great. If I had to critique one thing: I would have liked a full length mirror in the room.
