The room was very roomy. The mattresses were not so good. Very used. We turned one mattress ourselves so it didn't feel like you were falling out. The hot water took a long time to come. The heat didn't work. After complaining the 3rd time, we were given a space heater.

I wondered how they were able to call themselves a resort. Is it the picnic tables out on the back yard grass?

Well if you want a crash pad and can sleep with the thought of sleeping in disgustingness then this is the pad for you. They did y even sweep it vacuum the place. But they did fumigate it with a vomiting smelling fumigator. I threw up in my mouth when walking in. No windows. Had to keep the doors open with no screened doors unlocked. Thank goodness we didn’t have an invasion.

many upgrades are needed. Ice is NOT free for guests, air conditioner is so load I could not sleep. Beds not comfortable at all

Very clean room and shower. Great bed and mattress Friendly owner who gave us tipps of where to go. Will come back to this lovely place near the beach.

Great location, but very datedThis motel is in a fantastic, convenient location and offers a wide horizon view over the beach parking area. The bed was comfy and the room itself was clean. However, the property is quite old and hasn't been remodeled. The plastic shower stall was so dated that I couldn't bring myself to use it. On the plus side, the town is really nice with some great local restaurants. If you just need a basic, clean place to sleep while exploring the area, it's fine, but it’s definitely a no-frills experience

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our time away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which really added to the experience. I especially loved being able to enjoy the beach and then come back to such a comfortable place to unwind. It was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway I was hoping for. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Pier One Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Misquamicut Beach. We look forward to coming back!
