Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked. The small refrigerator and small microwave worked. Towels and wash cloths were replaced daily. Very good location, with an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Condition of the room was worn and dated. Repairs were not professionally executed. Room functioned as needed but was not inviting. It served as place to shower and sleep but not linger or relax. The bathroom/shower area need clothing hooks and towel bars. From my perspective, the amenities provided by this facility did not qualify it as a "resort" in any sense of the word.

Proximity to the beach and amenities was excellent... Been coming here for about 30 years, they could use an update in sofar as decor... The piece of furniture supporting the microwave appears to have been rescued from the bay...

Good price for basic accommodations. Walk to beach and a variety of dining options.

Rough filler in shower on the wall at shower head. Overall I was very disappointed as I had paid in full upfront and was therefor left with no option but to stay. .Had I been with my wife I would have left immediatly.

Great for a budget Misquamicut beach crash pad. Can’t beat the price for value to proximity of the beach. Literally walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Close to the beach. It was a very quiet area during the time we stayed there. The coffee maker had to be plugged in on The floor. The setup of the room was a little off.

The location proximity to the beach is great. The bed in the unit I stayed in was very uncomfortable.

Always a pleasure to stay at this property!! Quiet,clean,and relaxing area. The only problem is that the TV needs to be updated. Very small,and the audio quality is terrible with static. Still give the property a Big Thumbs Up!!

Rooms were very clean. Very warm when needed. Everything you need. Staff was a pleasure. Close to water. Parking great.

Everything was clean comfortable and the internet was easy to use. One light bulb had burned out, but that is hardly a reason not to stay there. The room and the house are not the newest, but much more importantly, they are well maintained. If the price had been ca. 10 or 15% lower, it'd would have been a great bargain. Still the price was very fair.

quick walk to the beach There were 0 amenities, the TV in room did not work, the screens on the windows were ripped and that felt unsafe, pillow cases had stains, mattresses were very old and unstable, room smelled unclean.
