Great location, beach and amenities

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The property was on the beach; great restaurant overlooking the water, impeccably clean ( and cute) room, heated pool to relax in after the beach, ample parking and close proximity to other beaches and restaurants. The staff were amazing… went above and beyond to accommodate us! Lounging area overlooking the beach could have been a little cleaner( guests should have cleaned up after themselves)and the lounge chairs were not very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and wished we could have stayed longer!

The restaurant staff are the best!

I love staying at the Pleasantview. We go almost every year. For a beachfront hotel it is clean and well maintained and the pool is always warm. Our last stay was disappointing because our room was not cleaned one time over a 4 night stay. We had to continually ask for towels and bring our garbage out. It’s not terrible but disappointing for the amount you pay to stay at this hotel.

Room with an ocean view takes u to the back deck with chairs and drunk people sitting right outside the balcony and they charge you extra. Carpets in a room dirty and sticky, bathroom and room is tiny. Definitely overpriced and not worth. You can hear people walking by your door like you are in a train. Very unhappy

Moved rooms twice due to noise and other undesirable

But understaffed, and limited in usefulness. Room maintenance was by request only, and only way to ask for it was going to front desk and talking to them directly. No phone in rooms. Also - had an issue with my room that I brought up to management, and instead of offering a solve I was challenged on the validity of my statement. It was good for what we needed, but I would not stay here again based on general upkeep of property & helpfulness of staff. Was an ok place, but not for the price point I paid.

I liked that the property was right by the beach, having the beach out the back door was awesome. I liked the resturaunt in the hotel. The prices for drinks and snacks were very expensive, a short walk down the street offered much more affordable shopping. Ther was coffee and water, but no continental breakfast, and a very limited amount of hot cholcolate for the kids, if they weren't up early, they missed out. Also, the game room was not what we expected from the online discription, probably good for children under ten, but my grandchildren were disappointed.

Also watched managers joking and laughing with friends as waiters and bartender worked diligently accommodate customers. New management needed...

The hotel was nice. Some of the staff was helpful. We arrived early which we were told we could get a parking pass and access to the beach. We were able to get the parking pass but then was told the beach pass is only given when it’s you check in time unless you can find a spot by the rocks in front of the hotel which is very limited spots. We tried to check in early but our room was not available yet, was told to come back at 3-3:30 which the room was still not available/ cleaned. Was told again check back at 4 and then again at 4:30 finally was able to get into our room at about 5:15pm. The staff did not apologize or show any sign of care that we had to wait.

We booked this place for a family vacation and had a great time. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly but the location was everything right on the beach, the hotel restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast but you can go to the nearby restaurants which are less than 10 minutes walking

Second year in a row celebrating my twin daughter’s birthday. Planning on another trip next year! Loved trivia but wish we didn’t have to rush back from dinner! View was perfect! The only thing I would like to add, if not for an 11:00 checkout, it would have been perfect. Even 12 was of made a great difference.

Asked for ocean view but of all the visitors checked in we got the worst view. Wondered how that is decided? Outside our balcony was a roof. Could see ocean if you looked to the right.

Outstanding. Staff was amazing. Will be back.

I loved that the beach was seconds away from the inn, everyone was so pleasant and happy to be working at the inn, the food was superb! It was the best staycation ever. Make sure you inquire about the pass at the lobby! The beach crew run a tight ship and will make you move infront the rocks if not, but either way you get to be on the beach!!

Best location at Misquamicut. Check-in online leaves a lot to be desired. Check in at hotel is typical, a bit of a line at check-in.

Awesome place being right on the water. No complaints at all.
