My parents LOVED their stay! They complemented the cleanliness, staff and even said it was a bit quiet for it to be 4th of July weekend. They now want me to book every time they go to the casino!

The hotel was in a great area restaurants grocery store.

Entered the room and was met with a wet mildew smell. Later discovered that the entire floor by the unit was wet from the air unit. Was told there weren't any more rooms. I wipe and Lysol regardless to where I stay and the towel was filthy from the wipe down. The room was not up to standards with cleanliness. Definitely need more hotels in Westlake and I will not be returning to this one. I do not understand how they have a rating of 9!! The ONLY good things about the stay was the polite housekeepers and the front receptionist.

My bed in my room was full of bugs. I didn't stay. How can you sleep in a bed full of bugs. I requested a refund and haven't heard anything from the property manager. Bad business.

Nice room in a good location. It was quiet with EXCELLENT blackout blinds that I really appreciated. Staff person was on extended phone reservation call when I arrived, and no one else was available, so a pretty long wait to check in; but what can you do other than wait? The exercise room was small but had everything I needed and very conveniently located. Breakfast was very typical, but I have no complaints whatsoever. The price was very fair; the location was a nice and safe for me and my car. I would happily stay here again.

It was great service the room was nice and clean the only complaint is leave more then 3 towels in the bathroom, when I called from desk to request more towels no one answered the phone!
