They need to do a lot of work at this hotel. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Elevator was broken all weekend. They cleaned the room and didn’t leave towels.

Security on doors was non functional, rooms were clean but very worn. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in the last 5 years. If this is the direction of LA Quinta hotels then I will not be staying in them.
-
Understaffed looked like we walked into a union meeting hollering confusion no support and were unable to stay and had to secure alternative accommodations elsewhere that was minimal at best and still got charged! Then communication with Booking was a 2 out of 10. Just unsatisfactory

The check-in process went smoothly and the room and hotel were clean minus the weird smell in the elevator. The shower sucked!!! I absolutely hated it. I hope they weren’t all like that. The staff was helpful.

Everything was fine except breakfast. I've never stayed anywhere that we couldn't take our breakfast back to our room without incurring a $10-$50 charge. Needless to say, we didn't eat much. Personally, I won't stay there again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. I don't care what the reasoning is, there are too many other hotels that are more accommodating.

Breakfast was not so good. Alot of stuff was out like coffee, waffle batter, syrup, milk and forks. The biscuits were unrecognizable. The eggs were a disaster. Our room was nice.

The information on Hotel.com was inaccurate. It states dogs are allowed- two up to 75 lbs, At hotel, it says limited to 25 lbs. Also, on hotel.com it stated there was a fee of $25 per accommodation per stay. But the desk clerk insisted that it was $25 per dog. Also traveling with dogs, I prefer to take my breakfast back to the room. There was a sign stating that guest must eat in the dining area. If you took any food from the dining area, you would be charged $10. I decided not to eat rather that eat in their dining room by myself. Stupid rule.
