Days Inn by Wyndham Lake Charles

They gave me, allegedly, another night that I reservedhotels.com with at the same rate and in the same room I had already checked into. Then the next day they called me and told me I needed to reregister and I had to leave

Clean quiet and well maintained

Nice clean hotel with nice staff, easily accessible and good tvs d air conditioning!

Room was always cleaned for the day, towels restocked! Parking was not the best. Wasn’t much of a choice for breakfast especially with a kid with. Other than that stay was good.

If you’re expecting to see what the pictures advertised, you’ll be let down.

Tv wasn’t working tried changing it would just not work

Location - around the loop from the Civic Center.

Rented two rooms with 4 beds total. Every bed sheet had stains on them. One bed had mildew on the bed and sheets. AC had mildew or mold on vents. One room smelled so wet and gross. Pictures must have been taken when the hotel was built because it looked nothing like the pictures. So much noise coming from the highway couldn’t sleep. Pool was tiny. Every time house keeping came they turned the air way up to make the room hot when we got back. “Breakfast” they offered was only muffins and yogurt. Way over priced for what you get. Parking was awful as well. Only plus for the place is the front desk staff was friendly.

Love the stay and very peaceful

Most disgusting run down motel ever. The place smelled like musty mildew, it was so bad I had to spray perfume everywhere to breathe in there. There were bugs. The floor was filthy you could see the caked up dirt. The shower curtain was stinky and looked like it had boogers flung on it. The towels had holes in them. The whole room needs a deep cleaning. I would rate it -10/10. Don’t waste your money! Completely unsanitary. It’s owned by independent person using the Wyndham name. It’s not a hotel- it’s a shabby motel at best. Do better!!!

The lamps were super dusty, stains on bed and microwave did not work !

Clean room

Overall, it was just a high dollar flop house. We might have been more comfortable staying at the Salvation Army shelter. But, live and learn, right? NEVER would I recommend this hotel to anyone as a quality place to stay! It felt unsafe. And was very deceptive in the way it was portrayed in the ad. And we will never stay at this hotel again!

Not anything like it was advertised on booking.com It was so ghetto! No parking and there were people living there.

Absolutely nothing The staff are very rude especially front desk .

Better breakfast options, eggs sausage, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, milk. There was only packaged muffins and protein bars. The breakfast options and the trash cans were full.

Nice , clean and Comfortable hotel! Good location and amenities!

I actually liked staying here for the short time we did n it was easy access to the casinos so worked out perfect for us met our needs n definitely will book again.
